Customers frequently praise the business for its friendly staff, fair pricing, and ability to handle delicate garments, alterations, and stain removal with quick turnaround times. However, several low-star reviews report significant issues with garment damage, including holes created during cleaning or alteration processes, and describe instances of poor communication where staff refused to address errors or provide adequate apologies for ruined items.

They did a great job dry-cleaning a sequined shirt and dress. They use nontoxic cleaners. They were also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!
Incredible place! I will never go anywhere else. I brought in an expensive pair of custom pants I thought for sure were done and they got all the stains out for only $17. I love this place!
I took my favorite T-shirt that was getting some holes around the collar here to get it sewn up. The service was fast and affordable! They saved me from having to learn to sew
