I’m a garbage guitar player. I ask dumb questions. I can’t afford expensive gear. The guys at Martin have never been anything but friendly, patient, and helpful. Can’t recommend enough.
I have used Martin Music for guitar maintenance and repair since 2022. The shop gets busy and has so many customers they have to limit additional work.
Great selection of Taylor acoustic guitars. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I recently purchased a Gibson CS356 guitar from Martin Music and had an exceptionally great experience with this seller. I think the condition of this guitar even exceeded Martin Music's own description. My purchase was thru their listing on Reverb and later I perused their own store website looking at their inventory of quality guitars. First, communication with Martin Music was terrific. Thru several communications they were quickly able to provide additional details about the guitar and about how they would package and protect the guitar during shipment. While I bought the guitar on a Sunday, it was quickly shipped out on Monday. Protective packaging was superb. Not only were the strings detuned as standard policy, but the headstock was very well protected with soft packaging material. The guitar had no movement in the case, and substantial cushioning was added around the case so there was no movement of the guitar case in the shipping box, which was heavy duty cardboard with large ‘fragile’ text imprinted on it. Truly a great experience with a quality on-line and brick and mortar retailer.
Had my guitar worked on. Superb quality and unbeatable price for the work.
