This was the most insanely expensive and overpriced dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had. They charged $14 for EACH shirt to be dry cleaned. I will be finding a more reasonable option.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI was a loyal customer for 25 years. After the Elm Grove store closed, I switched to the company’s home pick-up and delivery service. Even then, it took weeks of repeated calls just to get my address added to a route. Last winter, the regular pick-up scheduling emails suddenly stopped. When I needed dry cleaning, I emailed the Waukesha route manager and received no response. A few weeks later, I submitted a pick-up request through the company’s website and, again, received no response. I finally called and was told my clothes would be picked up on Friday. When I asked how I was supposed to know that—since no one had responded to either of my requests—I was told the company’s communication systems had been down for a month and no one knew when they would be restored. A customer should not have to make repeated calls, send unanswered emails, and submit ignored website requests simply to give a business their money. After 25 years, I should not have to beg to remain a customer. I will not beg, and I will no longer be a customer.

New ownership” now sends items to Fond du Lac and sadly the quality of the cleaning itself has DETERIORATED. The jacket below that I raved about just came back SHRUNK!l and no I haven’t gained weight lol! Sad that the new owners have updated the “walk in” aesthetic but then have really fell down on the cleaning quality and methods used. Zero clue to what they do different up in Fond du Lac but it is not good!!! Shrunk this jacket AND ruined a perfectly classic jacket that my previous cleaner cleaned several times and laundered it. They didn’t read the label and just ruined the whole edging of it. I hope they reevaluate and revise where they send their garments in the future as I can’t go back as long as they are shipping out stuff out to a place that doesn’t do the same quality work as below review indicates…. Below review was when they had LOCAL WAUKESHA CLEANING** they have since switched owners and this review is no longer valid**** Looking for a new cleaner**** My new “best ever” dry cleaner (I’ve had at least 4 others I’ve tried over the years) as I was blown away by their level of clean!!! I brought my favorite blazer to get cleaned that had a bit of a “funk” to it that had very specific cleaning instructions on the label (found out after u bought the jacket online!!). Needless to say I was very nervous trying new cleaner as my old one switched their cleaning products and all my clothes were coming back smelling toxic!!! Needless to say this amazing family owned place worked miracles on my jacket and I am ECSTATIC about the finished results - far exceeding my expectations for sure!!!! Highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!! First two photos are the AFTER and the third photo was the BEFORE of the funky deodorant stains (and funky smell which is 100% gone!)! Also for those who say “too expensive” or who have negative reviews from over 5 years ago, I say you get what you pay for and if you want to extend the life of your clothing then you need to invest in a great dry cleaner. Know that I would have paid over $20 for this blazer and the results they delivered!! However the price they charged me was well under that price. I even told them to keep the change - it was THAT much of a transformation!
