We first contracted with Advantage Payroll for our payroll services when we were a small fledgling medical practice more than 15 years ago, and have nothing but the highest recommendation for their expert team. What sets Advantage Payroll apart, in my opinion, is their personal service, and their availability to their clients. At one point during our 15+ years with Advantage, we made a mistake of switching to ADP. This lasted less than a year, and made us appreciate Advantage Payroll even more. I especially appreciate that we have a dedicated representative, who is readily available by phone and email to answer any questions or concerns, no matter how trivial. In my experience, when working a large company like ADP, you end up with a "service team" instead of a dedicated person, which means that no one person accepts responsibility for your account and it takes a conversation with at least three separate departments in order to fix any one issue. At Advantage, we have had the same dedicated representative since the day we enrolled with them. Their online payroll processing portal is extremely user-friendly as well. I believe they also have HR support available if you need it. Highly, highly recommend this company without reservations.
