Harold with Massey Services Pest Control was so helpful and kind. He treated my apartment and gave me some tips to help reduce pests. He even saw that I had an overgrown tree on my patio and cut it down so I have a clear view again! I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to help. Anthony has been my service technician for over a year now and he always does an exceptional job. It’s nice not having any pest issues but it’s just as nice not having to get out and clean the eves of my patio. I would highly recommend. Also, Anthony always text the day before service to remind me about bringing pets in and leaving gates unlocked.

Massey had always baited my rat traps outside for years now. This time they said the stopped doing that. Just found a dead rat so I know they work. Guy told me someone would call me but inneber heard back from anyone. I also pay for annual termite contract/service. Very disappointed. Time to find a new exterminator.

I have been using Masseys for the past 3 years and they have been amazing. Not only do they eliminate pests, they do great preventative measures every quarter. They are great with communication and are like clockwork when it comes to the quarterly treatments. We just moved into a new home and they were definitely first on our list of services to transfer.
We have used Massey at our restaurant for years. We cannot recommend them enough. Our service rep, Colton Woods, has been the most attentive and always provides us with excellent customer service!

Massey is always there when we need them. Our technician Juan Zamora is very good and very professional. I have been a customer for many years. The quarterly perimeter spray and lawn treatment, keeps the bugs away. We no longer have an issue with wasp nest in the courtyards. Get the annual package and get yourself some piece of mind.
