Carlos is the best. He resolved my ice maker and water flow issue expertly on my Kitchen Aid appliance. He’s not only an excellent technician but an equally nice person. He’s both respectful and pleasant to chat with. I give Carlos my highest recommendation!

The act of blowing hot air into my freezer should not be that expensive ($235.). I was very surprised I was charged that much money to defrost my freezer.

He was honest about the fact that he could fix it and charge us more, but it would likely be temporary and we were better off replacing the fridge since it was at the end of its expected life span. We were able to take advantage of Memorial Day sales and saved ourselves a good deal of money in the long run. Honest…

I had them come in March because of a loud noise. They charged me $533 and supposedly replaced the fan motor, defrost sensor, temp sensor, and coolent on the right side. The noise came back in less than 30 days. Tech came back removed ice build up and left. Noise came back. After several calls, texts with no…

I had an issue with my fridge. I saw the number of positive reviews for Master of Appliances who service downtown Boston and reached out. So nice to hear a friendly voice upon my 1st phone call to the company. A service tech showed up the same day and fixed my issue. Great communication along the way and a 2-hour…

Showed up on time and was friendly interaction. That said, paid $125 up front and we did not address the problem or repair the original issue. They may be following up and hopefully coming back at some point but they have yet to do so. $125 for not much of a resolution unfortunately.
