Carlos was friendly and quick to respond with communication. Turns out our new (to us) washing machine was fine, we just over loaded it. Money well spent - almost replaced the whole thing!

The spin cycle on our 7 year old GE washer was not shutting off properly and we were having to do it manually. Fernando came out and diagnosed a sensor that needed replacing. That fixed the problem. The price was reasonable and we decided to repair rather than replace. Prompt and excellent service.
