Working with Matt Tasgin was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As an out-of-state buyer, I needed a realtor who was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile, and Matt exceeded every expectation.
He patiently helped me submit multiple offers on different homes before we found the perfect one, with endless enthusiasm and commitment throughout the whole process. When I couldn't be there in person, he conducted video tours and made sure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions.
Matt is incredibly organized and efficient. He arranged showings for 12 condos in a single day, making the most of my limited time in town. He also has an outstanding network of trusted professionals, including inspectors, mortgage representatives, painters, and handymen, all of whom speak highly of him and his dedication to his clients.
What impressed me most was his genuine commitment to looking out for my best interests.
