Top Quality and Top Selection - BUT YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE IT - I've furnished 2 houses with top quality furniture - they have a great selection of great quality and styles to fit anywhere. I am very happy with what they delivered but very frustrated with what they have failed to deliver. I had written a 5 star review in 2024 but am currently awaiting delivery of some fairly basic dining room chairs that were ordered 8 mths ago, cost $1350 and keep getting delayed - it will now be about one year before I receive them. I discussed with Store Management who seems concerned but until I receive the product I paid for, giving them a 4 star review is generous.

I was nice, did not ask for anything out of ordinary, but did keep her on the phone for a couple of minutes and she was so annoyed having to provide information which is the last I checked is a part of her job.

Terrible customer service after the sale. They are rude and don't care about their customers once they get your money. Its unfortunate because their furniture is nice. Ordered stressless ottoman, it was delivered with no legs and no bridge table. Customer service day of delivery was incredibly rude and they wanted me to store it at my home until the legs and table arrived. Its been over a month and I've heard nothing. No one followed up at any point. Just called about it and once again customer service was very rude. I won't shop here again. They can't charge what they do for furniture then provide terrible customer service and expect people to come back. For the same prices I can go to RH or Arhaus or any other number of furniture stores and receive great customer service.

This is a late review but never forgotten Kaycie who helped me find the couch that I was looking for. She’s very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful! I love my Natuzzi up to this day after a year! This is the store that you feel not pressure to buy right away. They let you explore the store freely. With Kaycie, she welcomed and talked to me as if I’m part of her family. After visiting several stores, I came back to Matter Brothers because of Kaycie, she’s the BEST among the reps that I talked to and 2nd of course, the Natuzzi recliner couch that she suggested. I won’t forget you Kaycie, sorry that I hung our picture in our living room with the Natuzzi sign without your permission! 🤭❤️ God Bless! 🙏

The plan rep said that it doesn't matter what the paper provided says, you must read the 3 page "Subject to terms and conditions" packet. Which he provided after the fact. Please proceed with caution. What we thought was a beautiful couch that would last us for years to come isn't turning out to be the case.
**The one year warranty provided by Matter Brothers did take care of a slew of issues we had when we first purchased the couch, so that was a plus.
