Very helpful
The courtesy and professionalism is outstanding. On the day that I went in for a tire repair, the team was short staffed due to unexpected call outs. The manager, James, was sincerely apologetic and even went to help the other workers get various jobs down. Also, my thanks to Jaylin and Tuan for their hard work, patience, and kindness.
The Manager and the whole team here are great, very professional and do a great job! Thanks guys!
Great communication throughout the whole process. Very transparent, which I really appreciated.
I pulled up to get my brakes changed and my tires rotated . Honestly I was in and out great service and super quick . Will be coming back for anything else my car needs .
Great service.
As I was driving away from my house on my way to work, my flat tire indicator lights popped up, my driver's side rear tire was showing at 1%. Not a great way to start a rainy workday, so my husband followed me to Mavis. We arrived before the facility was open for business. The staff on duty tended to my car…

Good service, straight talk
They corrected my tire, and the sensors--immediately! Great job!
I took my vehicle to this location and I would never recommend it to anyone. The manager was disrespectful and rude, arguing with me even after damaging my car and refusing to pay for repairs. Corporate said they’re opening an investigation and sent me a $50 voucher, which is insultingly low considering the damage.…
Agents were very friendly & efficient.
Frank and the crew were amazing. I literally was in and out and under an hour. He installed my tires and did an alignment and balance my tires. This was my first time here and everyone here made me feel comfortable and they were so accommodating from the front desk manager to the entire staff. I highly recommend coming to this location.

Quick and easy service! Came here for a flat tire repair and had very little wait time! Thank you, definitely will come again when needed!
I had an outstanding experience at the Mavis on Aramingo Avenue today. I came in for tire repaired I preferred they use a patch, not a plug. Unfortunately, they were out of patches. Instead of telling me they couldn’t do it, one of the employees went above and beyond—he actually walked over to the Advance auto…

Update from a previous 5 star review to now one star: I went into Mavis expecting to replace one tire with the same brand as the other three tires on my vehicle. After waiting about an hour just for the vehicle to be lifted, I was rudely told that I had to replace two tires because “you can never replace just one…

Call ahead if you're looking for a state inspection!
