We truly could not have imagined a more perfect place to get married. Our entire wedding day felt like absolute magic, and so much of that was because of the incredible team at Meadow Ridge. From the very first time we toured the property, we knew there was something special about this place. Seneca, the owner, welcomed us with so much genuine warmth and love, and the way she made us feel from the very beginning was a huge part of why we knew we wanted to celebrate our marriage in a place so full of love. Beth, our event coordinator, was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was responsive, helpful, and always willing to guide us when we needed it. Having someone who could answer questions and help us navigate the details made the planning process so much easier. And then there is the venue itself—it is absolutely stunning. The scenery is beautiful, the grounds are so well kept, and the pavilion is breathtaking. Every corner of the property made our day feel even more special and created the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding. The food was AMAZING. Our guests could not stop talking about it, and we were so impressed with everything we had. Even the rest of our vendors recalled being at Meadow Ridge before and were excited to be going back. We will forever be grateful to Seneca, Beth, and the entire Meadow Ridge team for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be.

My husband and I just got married at Meadow Ridge a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved it! Everyone was so amazing and great to work with, especially Seneca and our planner Beth! The whole venue is stunning so we didn’t need to do much decorations. Their team set everything up and tore it all down that night which was a major plus. They also cook their own food on site, we went with the BBQ package and so many guests told us it was the best wedding food they had! Highly recommended Meadow Ridge for your wedding or next event!

From the ceremony through the reception, every single detail was completely perfect. The grounds are so beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully laid out that the entire day felt romantic, elegant, and magical—it genuinely looked like something straight out of a bridal magazine! The guests are still raving about all of the little details they noticed, from the food to the flowers and the romantic dessert display! Everything was not only stunning, but truly delicious. the lady over the phone was extremely unprofessional and when asked of we could have cannabis at our wedding reception in a legally recreational state she made up a lot of crazy excuses that made 0 sense like "we have a lot of open property and lakes and lots of risks" 😆😆 doesn't recommend dealing with these people, they aren't very intelligent if they think a pond is a danger to a cannabis user

Meadow Ridge Events was absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their team did an incredible job helping us plan and prepare for our big day. They stayed in close communication with our DJ, photographer, and other vendors, which made everything run smoothly and kept everyone on the same page. The food was outstanding. Everything was prepared onsite, and we’ve heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests. The raspberry chicken and beef were both huge hits, and many people told us afterward how impressed they were with the meal. Unfortunately, our wedding day came with plenty of rain and temperatures only in the mid-50s, but Meadow Ridge handled it flawlessly. Even though the venue features a beautiful open-air pavilion, they had well-thought-out contingency plans in place. The heaters kept everyone comfortable all evening, and when the rain started coming down hard, the staff quickly lowered the side curtains around the pavilion to keep guests dry. They were also fully prepared with backup options if weather became a problem, and everything was executed seamlessly. Despite the challenging conditions, our guests stayed comfortable and the celebration never skipped a beat. One thing that really stood out was how attentive the staff was throughout the entire day. They consistently checked in to make sure the bride and groom had everything we needed while allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment. We chose to designate a trusted family member as the point person for any important day-of decisions, and the Meadow Ridge team worked perfectly through that arrangement. It allowed us to stay stress-free and present while knowing that any questions or decisions were being handled smoothly behind the scenes. The venue itself was beautifully maintained and decorated, creating an amazing atmosphere for our guests. The property is absolutely gorgeous and provided countless opportunities for wedding photos. From the grounds and landscaping to the pavilion and surrounding scenery, every direction seemed to offer another perfect backdrop. Our photographer had no shortage of great locations to work with, and we’re thrilled with how our photos turned out. We especially loved having access to the couples cabin on the property. It gave us a quiet moment together to take everything in before cocktail hour, catch our breath, and even run through our choreographed first dance one last time before joining our guests. What makes Meadow Ridge even more special is that it’s a family-run venue. You can feel the pride, care, and personal investment they put into every event. We never felt like just another booking on their calendar. They genuinely cared about making our wedding day successful and memorable. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Meadow Ridge Events. Their professionalism, organization, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made our wedding day feel effortless, even with challenging weather. If they can make a rainy, 55-degree wedding feel this comfortable and seamless, they can handle just about anything. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful venue run by people who truly care about making your day special.

My wife and I got married at the Maple Pavilion during the summer time last year, and we were absolutely thrilled by the coordination, flexibility, and attentiveness of all the staff there, as we had some rainfall in the middle of our ceremony! They worked very hard to make sure the rest of the ceremony and reception went without an hitch. Our coordinator, Beth, was extremely helpful over the entire process from start to finish. As you can see, the grounds (for both venues) are stunning, especially for outdoor ceremonies/events. The food options were also great, and guests were very happy with the quality. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone, especially as their prices are very reasonable!

Love, love, love Meadow Ridge Events! The property is thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained, providing stunning & scenic natural landscapes ideal for outdoor ceremonies and wedding portraits! We especially love the flowery ceremony site: the Wedding Island. Venue staff is very accommodating and helpful as well. Those in charge really care and make an effort to ensure their clients and vendors experience is great. We enjoyed photographing Serena & Alex's wedding here last summer and are SO excited to go back!

I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful it was to have our son's wedding at Meadow Ridge. We were all traveling from out of state and the staff at Meadow Ridge made this incrediby important day easy and magical! I have been a wedding coordinator for over 20 years and I know how hard it easy to make a wedding day look effortless but they nailed it. The attention to the details is unsurpassed. From the little touches in the Airbnb to literally setting everything up for you the day of the wedding, they go above and beyond expectations. I can't recommend them enough. Our day was more special than I could have hoped for and the thanks goes to Meadow Ridge.
