From my first call to learn more about the facilities, I knew Meadowlake Pet Resort was a caring, organized and safe place for my older pet. All my questions answered clearly and thoroughly. It’s clean and friendly and I loved the daily photos and report cards. From our first boarding experience it seems to be a wonderful place.
I would have appreciated a progress report, some photos of my dog, especially doing the extra services like FitPaws and private play time and snacks. Front staff were not terribly friendly and seemed to lack experience and professionalism professionalism. I’m not sure I would return .
I imagine my 2 dog’s stay was fine. I paid $60 extra per dog to acquire a later pick up time. Both dogs do not seem like they were bathed and one dog had matted feces on her bottom. Nit sure we will be back.
