Super friendly and professional service. They came on time and pumped out my septic tank. Cleaned up and put everything back better than new.
The guys who came out seemed like great dudes.
My septic tank was about two and a half feet in the ground which is deeper than usual I guess. I didn't know this going in because in the buyer for a home getting it inspected.
They came out, noticed it was deep and decided I'd have to get someone else to dig the hole and do the inspection or I could dig the hole and get them to come back and do the inspection.
I got charged $200 regardless.
Just seems like they should've asked how deep the septic tank was into the ground and perhaps specified that they only do inspections of a certain distance into the ground because if I would've known that before hand I would have figured out how deep it was before I had to pay them to come out.

Prompt and friendly service. Scheduled septic tank cleaning and inspection. Showed up on time as scheduled. Process was quick and easy. Kendra at the office and the crew who showed up for the job were friendly and shared knowledge about what they were doing and how the system was working. Definitely recommend using again.
Price assessment: Great price

We were years overdue for a septic clean out and Meeks did an outstanding job. Jason, Shane and Chris had to fight through our rock hard clay but they got to the tank. They also found a tree root partially blocking the waste pipe and cut it out. They were all so nice and positive about the work it made a pleasant experience out of something not so pleasant. Shout-out to the office staff as well, they asked if I was a senior, which I am and received a 30% discount!! They are all just wonderful to work with. Thanks so much!!!!

Joe and Jason came out to pump my septic tanks and replace a pump. They were kind, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated how they explained everything they were doing and showed me progress along the way. This was my first time working with Meeks but I plan to continue to use them in the future.

Meeks reviewed the work that was recommended to be done to a home that I was selling. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to resolve the issues very satisfactorily.
