She was patient with her, took her time working through all that undercoat, and sent me updates throughout the groom so I always knew how she was doing. My girl came home clean, fluffy, and looking great, with noticeably less fur ending up all over my house. You can tell Megz genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Highly recommend her,
