I dropped my car off to get my tires rotated and to fix an unknown rattling sound. When I came to pick up my car, they told me that it was a simple fix and didn’t charge me for anything. I had just gone through a breakup and I really appreciated this act of kindness. My car is now sound-free and I will take my car here any time I have troubles
Bill and his staff are honest, reliable, and always accommodating to our schedule!
We have been bringing our cars to Meineke for several years now, and the professionalism and service you get is always excellent.
Honest and caring! Over several years, I've grown to rely on this team for everything and I truly enjoy my visits. Bill and his team are always going above and beyond. They've squeezed me in on busy days. They won't recommend unnecessary work and have kindly turned me away when work isn't needed, saving me money and…
Over 20 years of great service. Bill is aways delightful and very honest. Would highly recommend .
Great service, always willing to tell others when asking for auto service in area.
Super helpful and knowable staff, manager Bill is amazing! Always considerate when accommodating for your emergencies.
They fit me in at the last minute, did a great job, at a good price, and were nice about it!
Meineke in Greenfield is a great place to bring your car for all repairs. Great customer service and a speedy return of your vehicle repaired right.
I'm a newer customer. I was just getting my oil changed here but really thought the interactions I saw while waiting were a positive sign. Brought my older car in recently, they did the work speedily, stayed within budget, and confirmed my suspicion that a shop just up the street had done a bad brake job. Will absolutely keep bringing my car here.
Always consistent, reliable, and honest expertise! I won’t go anywhere else for major repair work.
Thoroughly impressed! The service was incredibly timely, and the friendly customer service truly made me feel valued. The quality of work provided was outstanding as well. It's rare to find an automotive shop that excels in all these areas. My experience was top-notch, and I'll definitely be returning for any future car needs. Five stars without a doubt!
Excellent service! They helped out my daughter multiple times, in a pinch, to keep her car running smoothly so she can get to work and school. Bill is very accommodating and understanding.
I was pleased to book an appointment for an oil change at my convenience. The mechanics went above and beyond an oil and other fluids change. For example checking the tires. My car was finished much earlier than I had hoped. I am always impressed with this shop and wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else.
Bill, the Manager, is a great guy and I really trust this location. My stupid car had a very hard-to-diagnose problem and he worked with me to figure it out, check and recheck, lent me a car at times. Well, they figured it out and my car is back to normal.
Fast, reasonable price. and good work! Been going there 18 years. All kinds of repairs done. Doug has always gone the extra mile to help us. An honest business that cares about their customers. They have saved us many times over. Have and will continue to recommend them.
