Sade and Loretta are excellent.
Jess and Kimberly did an amazing job cleaning our house! They checked in along the way and asked questions to make sure things were done to my liking which was really appreciated. The house was spotless after such a thorough cleaning. Highly recommend!
Some minor improvement in mopping and dusting needs to be made! Otherwise excellent work ethic and pleasant attitude!
Did a great job cleaning even the baseboards, etc. only negative thing was that some of my items were moved and I had to look for them when I got home, but that’s no big deal. They weren’t missing them they were just not where they usually are.
Kimberly and Jess did a great job cleaning my home!
She was excellent , floors, windows, stove 10 stars !
WONDERFUL AMAZING!! We were so pleased and in awe. So many little details you guys paid attention to and house smells amazing!
Merry maids are thorough, clean, respectful, hardworking and fast (but thorough in their work). I asked to inspect after each room , and they gladly offered my inspection throughout the 2 BR apt. I recommend this company for the management as well. I also appreciate the value of this service . ~Cynthia in FW

Kimberly K. Did an excellent job cleaning our house this week. She made sure it was clean and met expectations. She made sure that the bathrooms were good and put the gold stickers on the toilet paper like Merry Maids used to when we started with them years ago.

Mary did a great job today with detail cleaning at my house!
Tanya and her team were wonderful! They were able to come out on short notice and they were so thorough and friendly! I would highly recommend Merry Maids!!
The job was completed well; I requested for 1 room and 1 bathroom to be cleaned and received 2 maids for the job. There were some minor discrepancies that I was able to clean myself after they left and some issues with one of the actual employees sent to complete the job but Maxine (supervisor) was absolutely…
They did a great job preparing my rent house for new tenants to move in.
Absolutely wonderful results. Dora was assigned this round and did an excellent job! The results are always good with this company, but Dora went above and beyond expectations during this solo cleaning!

I am very happy with my Merry Maids. They are reliable, accommodating and friendly. They also clean my house very thoroughly. Whenever I move a piece of furniture, the floor beneath is clean as well as the baseboards behind it, if accessible. I love that! My ceiling fans are always clean as well. I appreciate thoroughness!

After finishing the initial deep clean, there were a few areas that were missed. I reached out to give some feedback, and didn't really expect anybody to come back out. But they did. Jammie did a great job Everything is very clean She really cares about the cleaning she does I hope we can get her back next time
It was a delight having Connie. We have a lot in common. She did extra, like really clean the base boards, top of the dryer. She also cleaned the top part of the mirror in the bathroom that I didn't think could be cleaned. Moisture and steam had caused runs on the top all the way across. The floor in my kitchen…
The ladies did a amazing deep clean for us in a timely matter! Had two bedrooms (master bedroom + teenage boys room), kitchen / dining area, laundry room, entry way / foyer and two bathrooms. I believe this is the 4th time we've hired Merry Maids in nine years for when life gets busy and you need extra help. Would…
I was given an experience by Connie. Cleaning was excellent, the fresh smell was refreshing and did not mess with my allergies.
The service was excellent but the bath tubs still look like they had a ring around in them. Maybe a different cleaner would work for this. Thanks

I did have one small issue at first but it was a misunderstanding. After I explained, Merry Maids took care of it immediately, no questions. They sent out a supervisor to go over everything and all was great after that. They even offered a free cleaning! I didn't want to do that but they gave it anyway. Tanya was…
Maids did an awesome job. Very thorough cleaning and walked me afterwards through the house to confirm everything was clean.
Fine
We enjoyed coming home to a clean and wonderful smelling place. There was only one small issue, but well worth it.
I am giving 4 stars because I appreciate them sending out people to address issues after I complained about the first two services and I actually feel bad for the cleaners because I suspect the problem is management expectations about minimizing time spent on the service and maximizing profit. overall I have doubts…
She did an incredible job and was very professional and thorough. I will definitely be booking them again

I want Elise and her team every single time , they were that good. I booked a deep clean that honestly would’ve taken me two full days to do myself. Elise’s team came in and knocked it out in just two hours. My house was a complete disaster before they arrived, and when they left… it was CLEAN clean. You can tell…
I used this company for a deep clean and have biweekly cleanings scheduled. Loretta came and did the deep clean and she did a great job. She is a sweet woman as well
Great service and exceptional customer service. Will use in the future
I asked for a deep clean of the entire house. It was NOT a deep clean. There were areas that were never even touched. I can't believe there are cleaning people who don't know what a deep clean is, but evidently they exist. I will never recommend Merry Maids to anyone - not even my worst enemy. I am editing my…
These employees were so professional and sweet. They leave a beautiful, sparkling clean house! May I suggest they deserve a raise?

The ladies that cleaned our home were great! They were both so friendly and detail oriented! They did a fantastic job. Our home is older and large with two kitchens and an outdoor livingroom. In addition to that there are 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It’s a lot to clean and to be detailed with but they knocked it out of the park!
Greetings from space I hand an great experience working with them they did a very good job would recommend:)
We've had Loretta clean our office for a few months now and could NOT be happier. She is truly a gem and just her presence alone brings us all joy - not just the fact that she always leaves a spotless office. SO lucky to have her & Marry Maids!
