Very thorough with what needed to be done with my car. Only told me what needed to be done that could affect my car or lead to an accident. Reasonable pricing and kind staff. Would recommend to anyone in the DMV area.
Absolutely recommend! I found myself in a really stressful situation today when my tire suddenly went completely flat on the highway, forcing me to pull over at the closest gas station. I tried putting air in the tire, but it wouldn’t hold, and I was panicking because I had my newborn in the car with me and had never experienced anything like this before.
The staff immediately noticed how upset and worried I was and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. They went above and beyond to find a replacement tire, actually picked it up for me since my car couldn’t make it to the tire shop, and even installed it for only $70 (replacement tire included)!
I genuinely cannot thank them enough for the kindness, patience, and effort they showed me today. Everyone there deserves a raise! If you’re ever in need of help, please stop by. 10/10 service, amazing people, and a truly great experience during a stressful situation! ❤️

I had a great experience at Metro Motor. I heard a concerning noise coming from my car, brought it into the shop, and Woody was professional, helpful, and kind. He didnt charge me for diagnostic work, told me that it was safe to drive my car for now without getting a repair immediately, and didn't pressure me into paying for something that wasn't strictly necessary. Good mechanics can be hard to come by, so I really appreciate his honesty. I'd be happy to come back to this shop.
