Metro Motor for tires

Absolutely recommend! I found myself in a really stressful situation today when my tire suddenly went completely flat on the highway, forcing me to pull over at the closest gas station. I tried putting air in the tire, but it wouldn’t hold, and I was panicking because I had my newborn in the car with me and had…
Overall good. My 1st time there, got an oil change/tire rotation and balance. The guys are every bit as nice/helpful as the reviews suggest! The price was also surprisingly good, especially for the area. A couple issues: I got my “your work is completed” text but still waited about 30min when I got back to the…
Couldn’t ask for a better or nicer station to get work done on your car. There is no one else I trust more.
fast, communicative, and reasonably priced!
In my 31 years living on Capitol Hill, Metro Motor/Capitol Hill Exxon has always been a beacon of honest and friendly customer service. Most recently, I had slow tire leak caused by a screw puncture. The shop appeared to be very busy when I pulled in but Woody just smiled and got to work. He had me in and out of…
Phenomenal service every time. I can’t thank them enough. They are Professional and service oriented. A worried car owner can feel secure in their advice and work.
This is a great spot to get your vehicle serviced. We have been taking our Toyota here for several years, and they have always been prompt and professional. Woody, the manager (or owner?) is also a great guy. Definitely recommend.
Quick, excellent service. I trust Woody entirely and wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
Metro Motor helped us out with a very quick tire repair during morning rush hour. Got us on our way quickly! Many thanks to Woody and the MM team!!!
Easy to schedule an appointment. The work was done within a few hours and they called to walk me through everything they did. Would recommend.
Excellent job with towing my car
been going here for car repairs, tires, oil changes etc for years; always a positive experience and great customer service
Service was quick and thorough. The staff were very helpful and made the experience smooth and easy.
I am such an anxious spazz when it comes to car care and mechanics. Scott was super helpful and basically held my hand the whole way. He asked me questions that I've never been asked before, giving me choice and autonomy with my vehicle service, and then was patient and kind enough to explain everything to me when I…
Prompt service, clear pricing, additonal requests accomodated during service. Value their work and customers..high recommend.
I’ve been coming to this Capitol Hill Exxon for 25 years. Honest reliable service. Woody and his team have been taking care of my cars (and sometimes my family’s) all these years and I always get fair pricing and timely service. Such a good feeling when you can trust your car person.
Excellent service
new car just got a tire rotation and the sercice was quick and affordable
Woody and Angel are just the best! Been going here for close to 10 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else in the DMV!
Car repairs guys were all in to find and repair a flat. It took two of them to retrieve an embedded nail. Fee was disproportionately small to the level of effort. When on to replace two other tires at a reduced rate.
The folks at Metro Motor took care of my auto needs right away and were reasonably priced!
The usual quick and thorough job. New tires mounted and balanced.
Highly recommend! So nice, so helpful and so good at what they do!
William Reed helped us out with a flat tire on the way home from a DC day trip. Went above and beyond what we asked, was super friendly, quick, and a fair price.
Work done professionally at a reasonable price
Great service and great customer support.
Fantastic and quick service!
Picked up on the second ring, told me they could see me immediately, assisted me as soon as I pulled up despite clearly being packed, took about 7 minutes to patch a hole in my tire, charged me $16 (very affordable) and had me on my way after minimal pleasant small talk. That's probably the best experience you could…
You can always trust Capitol Hill Metro Motor.
Great service, responsive and trustworthy. Woody even came by house to jumpstart my car with no extra cost :)
