Great service! Caleb the service manager was awesome. Top notch service on a moments notice. On our trip to DC from Michigan, my alternator burned out while stuck in traffic in the 100° heat. I googled your shop and managed to get my jeep there. Now this is July 2 two days before the big Freedom 250 celebration.…
They were friendly, and give me great service. He knew what the problem was once he saw my car and he fixed the problem. I'm very happy I will recommend to family members.
Thanks, again, for always sleuthing the needed parts, installing them perfectly, and sending me safely on the road. As I wrote in my last review: The competent, congenial team at Metro Motors Georgetown has kept my Corolla Wagon running smoothly for years. Our community is fortunate to have this service in our midst.
Jamie and his team are competent, communicative, and helpful beyond reasonable expectation. I have only had positive experiences during each visit with this service station. I highly recommend the professional and courteous work done by this well-managed and reliable business.
Once again METRO Motors ha given me prompt and successful service. The Manager Jamie has diagnosed my problems, had has his staff of experts fix the the problems on my 2005 Jaguar Estate Wagon.
They were able to fix my broken fiat clutch and my sound speaker system very quickly. They were so accommodating, friendly, and the work was done well. If you need a mechanic in DC, this is the place to go!
Very helpful and friendly. Clear in explaining what was wrong and how to prevent future difficulties. I’m new in town so it was a great relief to find an honest and very good mechanic. Came by once to make an appointment for a minor repair. Brian came out to look at the issue and was able to pop things back into…
Jamie was great. He truly knows his stuff. Great company. I always bring my car here. Thanks again!
Very convenient and courteous service.
My car broke down at 1am. Had it towed to the Metro Motor in Georgetown. By 8am at opening, I called them and they immediately picked up and found out what was wrong within the hour. They had my alternator replaced, battery charged, and oil changed all by 1pm the following day. A 12 hour turnaround period!…
They always perform service quickly and effectively. Very fair prices and always courteous. I highly recommend using this company
My 15-year-old Mini Cooper needed a lot of TLC, and she was transformed after a visit to Jamie’s shop. The exhaust system was noisy and in terrible shape, and she’s running great now. I felt confident that I was in good hands and that all the proposed repairs were essential. They really went above and beyond, and…
I’ve used Metro Motors a few times and have been very satisfied. They were quick to help, communicated promptly on what needed to be repaired, gave me a cost estimate and after my ok they got the job done promptly. They also follow up to check if everything is satisfactory. I appreciate that.
Exxon Mobile is responsive and competent, and reasonable in charges. The manager Jamie is always available and excellent in following up. I’ve used them for both of my vehicles- Toyota RAV4 and Volkswagen Tiguan - with excellent service. I especially appreciate that if there is something wrong they will always…
I travel to DC often from out of state, taking a toll on my 2014 dodge journey with 140k miles. Had a major electrical emergency in downtown Georgetown & was referred to & towed to Metro by AAA. Jaime was professional, honest and did great work. I was able to leave my vehicle with them for the weekend and still…
