I have loved this MetroMotor for years and the new manager Jim makes it even better. Free car wash and a free water on top of excellent services rendered truly make this a neighborhood gem. And my car now has perfect new brakes!

Fast oil change and friendly staff
Having to have my car repaired, for whatever reason, is painless when at Georgetown Exxon. Jamie and everyone at the shop is always courteous, professional and sensitive to my needs. I am always satisfied and never doubt that they will help me anytime I need.

Took my car in for an oil change after being explicitly told by the front desk that they used Mobil 1 fully synthetic. Only after the work was completed did I learn from the mechanic that they actually use Ardeca oil. Charging premium prices while misrepresenting the serivce/product is a poor reflection. This was not an honest service.
Metro Motor in Georrgetown has been a gift to me every time I have used them. My life is fast. They help me quickly every time. And Jamie, the owner, makes sure that the work is done well top-notch. I also add for a Georgetown garage the prices are reasonable. Never price gouging or squirrelly additions.
Very easy service appointment. Asked for an oil change but the technician searched the car’s service record and found some additional items that needed attention. I am grateful he did that because not the car’s service record is up to date.

I am new to the area and found this place on google for an oil change, tire rotation etc.. everything went great and I’d recommend to anyone. They took my car last minute on a Friday, finished by the end of the day, and have extended pick up hours for people who can’t get there by closing. Overall good stuff!
Great service. First time oil change with them. wasn’t given an ETA (they’re quite busy) but I called in to see if they could expedite, and they made that happen. Drop your car off earlier than 8am (or the night before) for a quick turnaround.

They were able to schedule a dead battery replacement and oil change with the work being done in 24 hours. It is great to be able to pick up the car until they close at 11:00 pm…makes it so easy!

I had a check engine light on. Took my car to another shop and they said they would have to replace some entire system at roughly $1,000. Brought to Jamie for a second opinion - one part, less than half the cost, and could get it done in time for me to pick up my son from PreK. Sold!

The Ouismam Dodge dealership was unable to change the oil in my 2500 Promaster, but didn't find out that until I got there. Called Metro Motor and they were able to take my van and turn it around in under an hour. Jamie and his crew are solid. Highly recommend.

Great service as always. I've used Metro Motor over the years for oil changes, tire punctures, and most recently to replace my tires. They always provide clear information and deliver top quality work. The community is very lucky to have Jamie and his team in the neighborhood.
The technicians at Metro Motors are fantastic, especially Jamie. I brought in my Audi SUV for oil servicing. Jamie’s sharp eyes noticed something hanging lose underneath the front of the car and fixed it at no cost. They always keep you informed about the status of your car and perform a thorough checkup to see if anything else requires attention.
