Hey. I encountered some difficult circumstances. The staff there made a slight oversight in parts needed for my car, which resulted in my car being there longer than expected. Job got done however, and I was compensated for the difference. Louis does a good job as store manager, and conducts himself well and in a prompt and professional manner.

Louis and the team here do a great job with all our vehicles! They are always very honest about what is needed and won’t charge you for work that doesn’t need to be done. Midas has always been so friendly and honest since I’ve been going there. From my experience, they never try to rip you off or tell you that you need repairs when you really don’t. This shop is a bit out of my way but I will always come here because I know I’ll get honest, fair, reasonably priced, and courteous service.
