Oil change. Noticed technician in back with my back light fixture opened working on something. Oil change only. Had to go to my mechanic to fix my turn light. It was wiggled out of the fixture by the midas technician. Midas told me I needed a whole light fixture. Wrong.
The service was very fast, and the personnel very helpful, I got a big coupon discount
First time customer. We were treated very fairly. Absolutely no attempt to upsell us on additional services. Highly recommended. Updated Oct 2026. Another awesome experience. Waylon (the manager) is very friendly and professional.
Excellent service and finished in an exceptional timeframe.
I love coming to midas they are so professional and real nice plus their price is reasonable they do work with .This is my fourth times coming and I love it . I'm one of their customer and we come back Thank u for your service and all the worker their too Thank u Delia
I have bought my vehicle here in the past for many years. I Had a oil change the technician did not tighten the battery cable to the battery. I had to call a tow truck, buy a new battery just to find out they did not tighten the cable. Very messy work. I called and the male did not want to address the issue. The…
Scott was very helpful and made sure the process went smoothly. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and they honored my coupon with no issues
Awesome customer service, friendly
Professional and affordable
We had an incredible experience at Midas, Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail about our car and answered all our questions. Will definitely be back! Thank you Scott and Midas Team!
Awesome, thank you very much. Great job Weston and Waylon.
Weston was exceptional great ! Explained everything to the fullest and got me in and out ❤️
❤️ my new shop!
JP was fabulous. He really took care of my needs and made sure my car is up and running.everyone at Midas was fabulous. I think JP saw that I was hungry offering me some pizza. That was so kind of him It was the best customer service above and beyond. I will continue to be a Midas customer if they continue to put customer service first
Waylon gives A1 service. Assured me he would have me out on time for an appointment! As he delivered bad car news to people getting car serviced, he went above and beyond, offering rides, offering cost cutting efforts as well as honestly saying a vehicle should stay on site because it’s not safe to drive. His…
Great and fast
Always a pleasant ordeal
This location has been pretty good to us so far. Front desk guy was nice and chatted with us while we waited for our oil change. Took maybe 45 mins-ish. I had the coupon for oil and tire rotation, which is a nice deal, but had left my phone at home on accident, and he honored it anyway which was very kind. I like…
Great service. Great price.
One star for the front desk person being kind. Came here for an oil change in my 2023 jeep. Waited for an hour and forty five mins. Which is fine they pull me vehicle to the front and oil is pouring out of it the tech runs back grabs the keys and tells the th front desk person he has to take it back cause he didnt…
The best service I have received in a long time. Manager Sean Kahoe gave me exceptional service and a printed quote on my upcoming maintenance service for my Lexus. This Midas location has earned my repeat business and Word of mouth advertisement. Bravo to staff very friendly and courteous.
Service writers Sean and Lewis always do a great job!! I have four vehicles and I only take them to Midas!
I have always gotten first rate service from this Midas. They really do care about their customers. I will continue to let them take care of my automobile's needs. Thank you for putting your customers first.
Eric was great - adaptable, good communication, and courteous. I’ll be back to this location.
I got in quick and fast, the workers there got my appointment in the same day within hours and had a coupon ready for me as well as telling me all the pricing, quotes, and everything they recommend for the car all before I really sat down, great customer service!
Friendly staff, and most importantly, service that’s great. Relatively fast appointment as well.
Louis does a fantastic job explaining your options and whether you need to fix something on your car now, or if you can wait till later. Never had any issues taking my vehicle here!
Excellent service, communication, and so fast too! Louis explained everything in detail and was so helpful. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
Notified me of an oil consumption issue and sent me in the right direction rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Service was quick and easy.
Louis is very knowledgeable and efficient. I know our vehicles are in good hands with him and Midas!
Went in for an oil change. Great service; very fast and friendly. Honest inspection, and no upsell!
Louis and his team are the best! Squeezed me in on a Saturday, did a comprehensive overview of my Jeep, changed my oil and swapped out my battery and helped me avoid paying for a new braking system. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back!
The service here is amazing! The staff are so kind and I felt they did a very thorough job on my vehicle inspection and oil change! Highly recommend going here!!
Great customer service, professional, polite and is willing to work with you to make sure they bring you the best quality work.
They fit me in on a busy day and were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Very friendly service. Will probably come back for other services.
It only took half an hour! The manager was very nice.
Great experience! Midas let me know I still have at least six months on my brake pads. Honest and friendly. A+++
Great service! Fast, friendly and honest. Have used them multiple times over the years. Never disappointed!
Very friendly and very professional people here
Amazing service and staff!
Louis is very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Honest and explains the work required. Appreciate his service. was an excellent experience. He was quick and friendly. He was very helpful I went in for one thing and he had no problem taking care of whatever else I needed.
These people know their business. They offer the most comprehensive check of the vehicle and thoroughly go over their findings. Twice, they have found an issue and sent me to the Car dealership because it was still under manufacture warranty. I highly recommend this store for all your cars needs .
Louis is fantastic- very personable, explains issues clearly, and does not try to push you into unnecessary repairs or expenses.
Great service! Louis Wolf was great on explaining what I needed and why!
This team is phenomenal in every aspect. They work quickly and demonstrate amazing customer service! Louis goes above and beyond with every single customer. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Great experience here. Kind attentive workers. Jeff and Tyler were professional and thorough in explaining what my car needed. They even brought me back to show me the issues that needed attention. Reasonably priced and when I called ahead they got me in same day for an oil change. Would recommend.
Friendly and fast service
I get to Midas right on time and within minutes they’ve got me squared away; my keys in their hands. Efficient, communicative, prompt. Me like!
Mike and the guys at Midas on Metcalf were super friendly and got me in and out of the shop in no time during a very busy day. Mike kept me updated throughout the process and gave full explanations of what they were doing so I was always in the loop. If I need any more car help while I’m in the area I’ll definitely be going back!
Great customer service...specifically from Mike. Made sure I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. He even greeted me by name when I walked in. Top notch
I had a world class experience at the shop! Everything was done correctly and the service was second to none! The manager is an absolute rock star!
My brother who worked in cars (both fixing and selling) is the one who told to go here. They are quick, easy to get an appointment, and they don't push you for an upsale (which is great because my car knowledge is very limited). The people here are great, definitely recommend going here!
Joel and Mike were the most helpful took care of me like I was family and let me know I can go a lot longer between oil changes than I originally thought. Got 20 bucks off as well! Really good experience and would choose them again!
Loved the staff. They didn't fix my issue at all and had needless repairs done and didn't fix my initial problem. They did provide good customer service. Maybe my issue was beyond them. The oil change was done very messy. Had to get my car fixed elsewhere
Our favorite place to get oil changes! They are really good to get us in last minute. Also a close walk to downtown OP if you want to grab a coffee while you wait for your car.
This is the 3rd time I went to see Louis to take a look at my car. As always he explains in great detail what’s gonna happen with the car and what they will be looking at. Overall, very professional, great guy, great experience and I will continue to bring my vehicle here!
When I went in, they were very willing to work with me, whether it was about my tires or my breaks. They only told me what needed to get fixed right then, and didn't pressure me to get extra work done. Friendly and professional staff!
The service was efficient and positive. They called to let me know some additional services were needed but were understanding and not pushy when I advised that we would wait to complete the additional items.
My family has been coming here for years!! We’re always very well taken care of and things get done very quickly!!
The shop manager lewis is always upfront, honest and works with you to make sure what's needs to be done is done correctly I will only come to this location it's a drive out but its worth it working with him and his associates thank you for constantly helping

They do good work at a good price and Louis is a great guy. Trustworthy and reliable. All I can ask.
I got to the shop, was immediately greeted and my appointment started on time. The manager, Louis, is very personable, hard-working, and to the point. Wonderful time and my Jeep is ready to go. I definitely recommend this shop!
Great place. Always quick and always friendly.
Midas was amazing! I showed up several hours early prior to my appointment because the air in the tire wasn't holding. I had a bad tire in need of repair. The shop was able to get me in fairly soon after I arrived. They fixed the tire which had a nail in it. I had thoughts I was going to need a new tire. They were…
Louis and his team at Midas on Metcalf are always thorough, professional, and there to help from start to finish. I have been taking vehicles to Louis for years and has always taken care of them and myself. Highly recommend!
I have been going to this Midas for the last couple issues i’ve had and every time they have made a really great effort at finding me the best price (as someone who typically could use it lol) and are very upfront and honest about what needs to be done and what can be put on hold which I appreciate. Highly recommend…
Very helpful. Quick service. Extremely professional. Took the time to explain differences in options available to me and prices to fit my budget. Would definitely recommend
Louis is a GEM! His demeanor put me at ease and he absolutely went above and beyond in regard to customer service. You can tell he cares about people. He's a good and honest mechanic with a heart of gold. I'll be back for sure. I highly recommend visiting this store.
Louis was very professional and he got me in on a moment's notice and the work they did on my car was done on the same day! I highly recommend going to Midas.
Louis Wolf is always great to work with. Trustworthy and friendly. I will continue to take my truck here and recommend his shop to my friends and family.
Very professional and quick! They always do a great job communicating to me what needs to be done, and are so friendly/helpful. All three times I have dropped my car off I have been very satisfied. Will only bring my CRV here from now on.
Louis is always cheerful and helpful! While getting the oil change, they found I needed a new Engine mount, plus I had mentioned a loud rattle and later determine it was the muffler. I wasn't able to correct those at the time, but there was no pressure from Louis - will get it next time!
Good work, quick service
I went it in for an oil change. Louis Wolf was very courteous and professional. He answered my questions and provided recommendations. I didn't feel he was taking advantage of me like others do when a woman brings in a car. I would return for his service. I truly appreciate him.
Louis Wolf rocks! He made sure my vehicle was up to date on maintenance. He also remind me of upcoming maintenance so my vehicle will continue to be in top running condition. You can't find better service or professionalism anywhere!
The manager was very nice and knowledgeable about my pickup truck. He let me know every step of the way. This business also found out that I needed a rear pinion seal replaced. I didn’t know that I had a problem with. I will definitely go back for more service. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Been going here for years..
This particular Midas always takes great care of the vehicles my wife and I own. We can schedule ahead or if something dire happens like a tire popping we've been able to come in and it gets taken care of right away. We've been coming to them with different vehicles for the last 3 years and they never try to…

Louis is great, straight shooter about what services really needs to be done. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable.
Chris at Midas was fantastic! Polite, thorough, and didn't try to up-sell me on extra services that I didn't need for my car. Always great service at this location!!!
Very good service! Never had issue or cause for complaint, which is rare among mechanics. Would recommend for sure!
This was the best experience I’ve had Mr. Louis was awesome he explained everything that would be done, he let me what needs to be done and why! I will use this Midas location for all of my car needs.
I have been a customer of this location for about 2 years and always have a great experience but overall the knowledge they have about their field. I almost never do this kind of reviews but this time I highly suggest to get your service here in the hands of Louis at Midas. Lots appreciation for them....
I have been going to this Midas for about 3 years now. I take my Ram and my wife’s Mazda. Louis is fantastic and always shoots me straight. I have no idea if I could be getting my oil changes done cheaper elsewhere but I trust Louis’ recommendations and that he isn’t trying to charge me for things I dont need. That…
The staff at this Midas are the best and most personal that I have dealt with. I have been coming here for all of my automotive needs and whenever something comes up Louis helps make the issue understandable for somebody who doesn't know the in-depth details of repair. Louis will also make sure to get any of the…

Whenever I need something done to my car I turn to Midas on Metcalf. Louis has always been honest and straight forward with me. Him and his team give great service each and every time. I moved to Olathe almost a couple years ago and live right up the street from another Midas. I make the trip to the Metcalf location…
I’ve been going to this location for years, and Louis has been the go-to guy for all my car needs. He’s assisted with each issue, while being straight forward, and not cutting corners. He’s made sure the problems are fixed, and even if I believed there was an issue, he didn’t make an issue up, he told me there was…
I feel this shop is efficient and the manager is an excellent communicator. I am well informed of my options and the staff makes every effort to keep you updated at all times. This not only gives me comfort in the service I receive from them, but shows me they value my time and have respect for me as a customer.
I've been going to this Midas location for a little over a year now and my experiences have always been amazing! Louis the manager is always great, helpful, funny, and professional. They're quick with service and give you the information you need right away to get things done. Highly recommend this location!
Have used Midas for approximately three years for maintenance on two cars. Louis has been very professional and has advised me when additional maintenance may be upcoming. No repair work done without my knowledge and approval.
Prompt, friendly service with no surprises.
This is my second time getting an oil change here. The service team has been very polite and helpful each time. The service is more than reasonably priced and it didn’t take very long for them to get done. I will definitely keep coming back!
This place is always so amazing. They are always thorough with servicing a vehicle, checking out anything and everything and then running it by you before charging. This is the first and only shop that I trust with my vehicles. (I’m already on my second car with them) They always explain any repairs and give you a…
They were very accommodating and was able to fit me in early in the morning, right when they opened. They also did a good job and was very quick about it. The only thing I did not like was that they tried to push a cabin filter change, which I know is probably coming from corporate and is always off putting (for me at least).
I will never go to another auto shop! I cannot say enough good things about Midas and Louis, the manager. I called and they were able to get me in 2 hours later. Louis was so friendly! He didn’t try to pressure me into any extra purchases and was honest about my car and what it needed. I would trust them again, no question. Thank you, Louis and team!
Very reliable / forthright manager . No hard up-selling on parts or service unless it's a safety issue. Louis Wolf is your man for auto repair issues.
Louis was working the front of house & was absolutely awesome. Super kind & very helpful. He made sure I received the best service; which I totally did! This man deserves a raise. Most shops seem to have bad reps but this one, No way! Best in town hands down. Definitely will be back.
They do their best to save you money, and they are honest about what needs to be done now and what can wait until later. Super nice people!
They were very nice and willing to help out in any way. Very flexible with time schedule.
