When I went in, they were very willing to work with me, whether it was about my tires or my breaks. They only told me what needed to get fixed right then, and didn't pressure me to get extra work done. Friendly and professional staff!
The service was efficient and positive. They called to let me know some additional services were needed but were understanding and not pushy when I advised that we would wait to complete the additional items.
The shop manager lewis is always upfront, honest and works with you to make sure what's needs to be done is done correctly I will only come to this location it's a drive out but its worth it working with him and his associates thank you for constantly helping
I have been going to this Midas for the last couple issues i’ve had and every time they have made a really great effort at finding me the best price (as someone who typically could use it lol) and are very upfront and honest about what needs to be done and what can be put on hold which I appreciate. DEFINITELY reccomend. Louis Wolf was the consummate manager/employee to work with - the professional, friendly process I prefer. He explained, educated and didn't pressure for "unnecessary" sales. I will continue my automotive maintenance with him, maybe even if he changes locations. 🙂

Have used Midas for approximately three years for maintenance on two cars. Louis has been very professional and has advised me when additional maintenance may be upcoming. No repair work done without my knowledge and approval.
