Aaron was our technician and did a great job diagnosing our AC problem. Milestone was the second estimate we got, and the difference in customer service was night and day. When he left we felt that every question and concern we had was more than adequately addressed.
Aaron was excellent! Very informative about the problem (drain line). It was a pleasure to have him as our technician.
Zane was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job!
The pricing alone raises serious concerns\. I was quoted anywhere from $16,000 to $26,000 for a 1,295 sq\. ft\. home—a huge range, and the high end seems outrageous for replacing one system\. I could purchase 3 units with a 10-year warranty for less than $26,000. Milestone is price gouging and dismissing legitimate…

We came home from vacation to find our A/C unit out of order. I called the company we purchased the unit from, and they were totally unresponsive. He’s highly skilled, completely transparent, takes the time to educate customer and the absolute GOLD standard for customer service. After 5 days without air, he got my system running perfectly. Huge relief! Thanks, Arturo, for your outstanding service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alan was prompt and efficient in diagnosing and repairing the issue with our A\C. He took time to explain the issue, potential causes, and initiated steps to help us prevent it happening again.
