Jeremiah had the attitude of a “Brad Pitt” and performed work that of someone who was on the first day of their job. Made the customer feel guilty about their own AC unit. Yes, the unit is 13 years old. Yes it is not expected to be in perfect condition. But making the customer feel patronized isn’t the way to go.…
Salia did a great job on servicing my Furnace and HVAC verifying that both are in excellent shape. I was really pleased with his work, and for explaining everything to me about the maintaining the system.
