John McHenry did a wonderful job for us. He was very thorough with his inspection of both air conditioning and heating unit. We really appreciated all his hard work and will ask for him personally our next service call.
Jeremiah had the attitude of a “Brad Pitt” and performed work that of someone who was on the first day of their job. Made the customer feel guilty about their own AC unit. Yes, the unit is 13 years old. Yes it is not expected to be in perfect condition. But making the customer feel patronized isn’t the way to go.…

Today Milestone did our heating maintenance check/up. Semja did an excellent job. He cleaned and checked the units inside and outside. He thoroughly explained what was done and what repair or improvements I might want to do to improve our insulation. We will consider doing it. Semja had a helper, I can’t remember…

High pressure sales tactics and lies. Tell you there are laws that prevent repairs and that systems must be replaced and that freon is $250 a pound??? A second and third option proved that nothing needed to be replaced and total repair and charge freon $260! Two separate appointments, 3 techs nothing but lies and…
Chris Hennig came to my house today for my bi-annual HVAC system maintenance. You can’t ask for better. He explains everything in a calm, polite and respectful manner. Being a Milestone Advantage member which I do pay monthly for, these maintenance visits are no charge and I also get an annual drain clean. All of…
My HVAC was Salvador He was very professional knowledgeable of what was going on and what needed to be done. He came in with all his supplies and equipment and got started right away. He did the job in half the time that I was told previously. He was very polite and honest awesome service.

I had them come out for the August duck cleaning special and they could have tried to sell me on stuff. However they were so honest and said my ducks were clean and did not need it. It is hard to find services who are honest and trustworthy, so therefore, I will continue to use them. I cannot say enough about…
Regular hvac maintenance. Always a great job by Milestone. Alex provided the video and explained work performed.
I’m paying for their Milestone Advantage Plan for nothing. Most recently I rearranged my day for a technician to come out and he never showed. I text to check on the status and they informed me he showed up in the window and waited for 15 minutes. LIES. No one rang the doorbell, called or text. Terrible customer service and technicians that lack integrity.
Good job!
