Lupe was great -- as I have come to expect from Milestone. Our A/C was "out, " weather was heating up and the Milestone "team" (several people with whom I spoke) worked to complete the job in record time. Getting the part and scheduling the work required management helping out. Excellent work and very satisfied!!!
I am always really pleased when the Milestone crews show up at my place… Whether it’s electrical, HVAC, plumbing… They are always friendly and highly professional and efficient. The services don’t necessarily come cheap, but they are necessary, and this is a great company. Highly recommended.

This is a rip off. I was charged $199 for an emergency call. They failed to inform me that it would be an additional fee for a diagnostic. $149 to be exact once they got there. Unfair trade practices. They informed me of the $199 fee and a fee of $99 if I cancelled after the tech was in route. Never did they say…

I cannot say enough positive things about Jose, A/C tech for Milestone Electric. He arrived on time, was super polite, did the repair in a timely manner and explained to me what he did to get a successful repair. I highly recommend Jose for your repair!
