Our A/C was "out, " weather was heating up and the Milestone "team" (several people with whom I spoke) worked to complete the job in record time. I am always really pleased when the Milestone crews show up at my place… Whether it’s electrical, HVAC, plumbing… They are always friendly and highly professional and efficient. The services don’t necessarily come cheap, but they are necessary, and this is a great company. Highly recommended.

This is a rip off. I was charged $199 for an emergency call. They failed to inform me that it would be an additional fee for a diagnostic. $149 to be exact once they got there. Unfair trade practices. They informed me of the $199 fee and a fee of $99 if I cancelled after the tech was in route. Never did they say…

I called Milestone Electric yesterday morning when I discovered my A/C unit was leaking water. A technician came within a few hours and stay most of the day and early evening until everything was fixed and operational again. I’m happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
