Ryan Allan was extremely thorough. He explained how things work and what he was doing. Took time to show me and we discussed options! A very pleasant young man. Thanks from M. Foss.
Would give more stars if possible. Efficient, polite, patient with our concerns, wonderful and fast identification of the issue and fixing it. We are very grateful! Our first encounter with Milestone and we are very pleased. 👍
Juan did a wonderful job! He was knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time. Making sure everything worked properly! Highly recommend! (PS. I write a lot of reviews because I call milestone for just about everything. My own home and investment properties.)
Very professional, strongly recommend

Wesley cam out today to fix a noise in our A/C. He was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable! He kept me totally informed during the entire service call! Milestone stands behind their products!!! Highly recommend!
Great service. Very knowledgeable. A very detailed repair. Great job.
Lupe was great -- as I have come to expect from Milestone. Our A/C was "out, " weather was heating up and the Milestone "team" (several people with whom I spoke) worked to complete the job in record time. Getting the part and scheduling the work required management helping out. Excellent work and very satisfied!!!
I am always really pleased when the Milestone crews show up at my place… Whether it’s electrical, HVAC, plumbing… They are always friendly and highly professional and efficient. The services don’t necessarily come cheap, but they are necessary, and this is a great company. Highly recommended.
They were fast to respond to a failed AC. Diagnosis was spot on and had us cooled in no time. Logan was very permeable and respectful, and did a great job. Thanks!
Alex provided wonderful diagnostic and well considered solution without asking to pay for unnecessary options. He worked immediately to order new equipment for fixing the problem
Great service. Reasonable pricing.
This is a rip off. I was charged $199 for an emergency call. They failed to inform me that it would be an additional fee for a diagnostic. $149 to be exact once they got there. Unfair trade practices. They informed me of the $199 fee and a fee of $99 if I cancelled after the tech was in route. Never did they say…
Great service, polite and informative technician!!!!
Dameon did a great job figuring out the issue! Burnt contactor.
I cannot say enough positive things about Jose, A/C tech for Milestone Electric. He arrived on time, was super polite, did the repair in a timely manner and explained to me what he did to get a successful repair. I highly recommend Jose for your repair!

Drew did a very good job of explaining the status of our Air Conditioning system and our repair options. He was able to provide a solution that met our budget and will provide a new system to cool our home.
High pressure sales tactics and lies. Tell you there are laws that prevent repairs and that systems must be replaced and that freon is $250 a pound??? A second and third option proved that nothing needed to be replaced and total repair and charge freon $260! Two separate appointments, 3 techs nothing but lies and…

We had our air-conditioning go out right here in the middle of Summer. Milestone sent out a great technician, and James got us back up online with a new thermostat in a couple of hours. We’re so grateful that we saved a bunch of money and James was an excellent technician. Thanks again, Milestone as always.
I called Milestone Electric yesterday morning when I discovered my A/C unit was leaking water. A technician came within a few hours and stay most of the day and early evening until everything was fixed and operational again. I’m happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Rigo worked on our upstairs a/c unit on Monday, June 29. On unit had a Wi-Fi connection problem between the thermostat and the outside unit. He tracked down the problem to a faulty wire splice in the outside unit. He replaced the entire wire eliminating the splice. The best possible fix!! Steve Cochran

My heatpump wasn't cooling like it used to cool. The technician arrived a bit early, checked the system, and found that a circuit had stopped working. Ivan was great. Very professional
Normally I would recommend Milestone to anyone but my most recent experience completely changes that. Alan Sykes was sent to repair my HVAC unit, specifically the outside compressor. It was raining and while I understood he could not immediately open the unit in the rain he did not offer any means of remediation.…

Will was as thorough as you can be as a hvac technician. We’ve been having problems with the same hvac unit for our 2nd floor. Will finally found out the issues that we’ve been experiencing.
