Have been taking my truck here for a few years now. They are always up front about options and cost. They check everything even when I'm just getting my oil changed and aren't pushy in trying to sell me on something. I live about 5-10 minutes from the shop and they have even given me a ride home and back so I…
Great place to do business with.
Mission Auto fixed a leak on my car. When I had some oil consumption issues, they put color in the oil to double check that the leak was fixed. I believe that they stand behind their work.
Mission Auto has worked on both my wife and I vehicles for years and have enjoyed every experience! From oil changes, to battery replacement, to check engine light diagnostics, they have handled it all! Very friendly, professional front desk staff, waiting room is comfortable, clean and welcoming! Request mechanic…
Only place I will go for auto services. Great service and friendly staff.
I’m a long time customer…even before Holly and Jeremy and it’s always a good experience. It can sometimes be costly, but everything is costly in our world today. I’m fine with helping to support this local business, their employees and their overhead so they will be there when I need them. I like the repair warranty…
Fast service. Facility was clean and the gentleman at front counter was nice. Relaxing environment while I waited. Will definitely use them again.
Excellent customer service. Staff is terrific and gets things done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
They were very courteous and I have recommened them to a couple of friends already and will continue to do so.
The old cadillac woke up one morning with a dead battery. A quick look through car receipts showed the battery might still be under warranty. It was and Mission replaced it in good time and with no "fees". Even had a cup of coffee for me while i waited. Find that in today's world! Plain and simple... got car trouble? Go to Mission Auto KC.
Mission Auto continues to take great care of our vehicles! First time taking Range Rover in, very happy with service.
This is nice to know after I just spent $4,300! I'll be back for some more repairs soon!
They are good at with they do. Very professional
Was having electrical and transmission issues with my 2012 Ram. Had issues fixed in no time, I should have came here 1st. Was fixed and repaired in no time. Will be bringing all my vehicles here for maintenance and repairs. Hands down the best excellent customer service I’ve dealt with when dealing with automotive shops. Thanks again!!!!
Mission Auto is the place to get any auto work done. They are very FRIENDLY and THOROUGH! Let me know exactly everything that was going on with my truck, even sending me pictures. And the price was great.
Trusted everything that was done and recommended for my order vehicle, not the first time I've taken it to them. Was extremely pleased with the service and employees, reminds me of when companies cared about their work and customer service
Mission Auto has helped with all three of our Honda vehicles over the years… great service, great price, fair and honest family owned business!
Went for an oil change and they mentioned something was wrong with the thrid break light on the cab. Shop manager said you can get it cheaper at the chevy dealership. Saving your customers money is always a good thing top notch guys..
Trustworthy. Good communication. Thanks!
Took my car in for an oil change & to address a few other issues. They did the oil change and then made a list organized by priority of the stuff that needed to be done. It was a fairly large list including a new muffke. Took em a say and a half & it was about $600 cheaper than I was anticipating. This is my family's new auto spot going forward.
Exceptional professional customer service and reliable trustworthy service is always provided. Highly recommend to my friends, coworkers and family.
Always very helpful and available.
Great friendly service, good reasonable price and great on examining the vehicle for further issues
My nephew Cody took my Jeep in for a starter and they got it done quickly and easily. They did a great job. Planning on taking in my other car as well.
Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend
very helpful👍
Service was professional and courteous. Our problem was resolved. We appreciate the follow up phone call.
Great customer service but the pricing was so high that I declined additional services. I called prior to scheduling and was quoted $69.99 for an oil change that turned out to be $100 plus I opted for a new air filter for a total of $143. For an oil change and air filter. I was quoted $40 for them to change a turn…

Took our truck in for several issues, thanks to Jeremy and his staff of mechanics to troubleshoot and make the needed repairs, plus doing the general maintenance things that needed to be done, and done in timely and cost effective manner, thanks
Everyone was very Profesional and courteous. Upon inspecting my truck they took me out to the shop and showed me the exact problems. ( something your ford dealer would never do). Mission auto will have all my business from now on.
I've used them before and their service is great and they do excellent work! Definitely will use them in the future!

My engine light was blinking so I took it to Mission Auto Repair. Jeremy was profesional, efficient & very honest. He said my engine was under recall from the manufacturer. Totally impressed with the service and friendliness of Holly & staff. Job well done. Appreciate the extra effort & time spent on repairs.
Update: Since it's been sold, it has gone downhill. Poor communication. Dropped off my car for a 9:30 appointment. I called 6 hours later and was told they hadn't even looked at it yet and were short staffed. I picked up my car after learning this and took it to a different locally owned business. My dad also…
They are very thorough and make sure that everything they do is done right. I have taken three of our vehicles to them, one which had to have a complete engine replacement. They have earned my trust.
Great service and very accommodating. Highly recommend
Easy to pay easy to pick up good price
So nice , extremely helpful and fast. Reasonably priced
Mission Auto replaced my fuel pump and changed the oil and got me back on the road quickly and efficiently. They always do a great job and it is a pleasant experience when I bring my car in for service. I use them exclusively and take all my cars there for service.
All great folks, very communicative. I’ve had a few vehicles here for various reasons and they’re always fair and on time.
Jeremy, Holly and staff was great to work with and now they are working on my wife’s car with engine problems. Great company and I highly recommend them!
This shop is honest. They don't try to up-sell you on repairs that are not truly needed. I love the fact they have a couple "loaner/courtesy" cars they allow you to use while working on your vehicle!! I highly recommend Mission Auto KC to everyone!
Great communication with everyone and my vehicle was done super quick! This is definitely a place I can trust.
