Took my car in for an oil change & to address a few other issues. They did the oil change and then made a list organized by priority of the stuff that needed to be done. It was a fairly large list including a new muffke. Took em a say and a half & it was about $600 cheaper than I was anticipating. This is my family's new auto spot going forward.
3 days before the Holiday weekend I had my oil changed at the Acura dealer. They said I needed front struts & control arms. My MDX has 158k miles on it, so they weren't hustling me. They quoted a high price to do it. I saved $700 by going to Mission Auto KC. And it was done before the weekend!

Everyone was very Profesional and courteous. Upon inspecting my truck they took me out to the shop and showed me the exact problems. ( something your ford dealer would never do). Mission auto will have all my business from now on.
Been to this shop a few times now and both times they have did a great job with explaining what’s wrong and what needs done asap ! No car repairs are cheap but I will say they do their best with pricing / helping. Will for sure return in the future and recommend the shop.
Mission auto service is great. They looked at my car, and were very detailed as to what it needed. They made me feel like a person, and not just a number in line. We could use more shops like this.

I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service provided by Jeremy, Holly, and their staff. Nobody relishes paying for auto repairs but when that time comes you want a good bang for your buck. This is the place to go. They stand behind their work.

Update: Since it's been sold, it has gone downhill. Poor communication. Dropped off my car for a 9:30 appointment. I called 6 hours later and was told they hadn't even looked at it yet and were short staffed. I picked up my car after learning this and took it to a different locally owned business. My dad also…
They are very thorough and make sure that everything they do is done right. I have taken three of our vehicles to them, one which had to have a complete engine replacement. They have earned my trust.
