I’m a long time customer…even before Holly and Jeremy and it’s always a good experience. It can sometimes be costly, but everything is costly in our world today. I’m fine with helping to support this local business, their employees and their overhead so they will be there when I need them. I like the repair warranty…
They are great 👍
This is nice to know after I just spent $4,300! I'll be back for some more repairs soon!
Took my car in for an oil change & to address a few other issues. They did the oil change and then made a list organized by priority of the stuff that needed to be done. It was a fairly large list including a new muffke. Took em a say and a half & it was about $600 cheaper than I was anticipating. This is my family's new auto spot going forward.
3 days before the Holiday weekend I had my oil changed at the Acura dealer. They said I needed front struts & control arms. My MDX has 158k miles on it, so they weren't hustling me. They quoted a high price to do it. I saved $700 by going to Mission Auto KC. And it was done before the weekend!
Excellent candor and service. Would go back.
Loved my experience. They gave me answers to my car problem and even addressed other concerns they found without being pushy if I declined those services.
Great place to take a vehicle! Staff is friendly and great service!
Nice people and helpful
I've used Mission Auto for over ten years. I have found a shop I can trust.
Everyone was very Profesional and courteous. Upon inspecting my truck they took me out to the shop and showed me the exact problems. ( something your ford dealer would never do). Mission auto will have all my business from now on.
Been to this shop a few times now and both times they have did a great job with explaining what’s wrong and what needs done asap ! No car repairs are cheap but I will say they do their best with pricing / helping. Will for sure return in the future and recommend the shop.
Mission auto service is great. They looked at my car, and were very detailed as to what it needed. They made me feel like a person, and not just a number in line. We could use more shops like this.
didn't fix the problem with the steering .
Sorry, Jeremy. Phone was in my pocket while mowing. Had a great experience with Mission Auto. Quick, efficient, and there to listen and answer any questions. Thanks again!
I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service provided by Jeremy, Holly, and their staff. Nobody relishes paying for auto repairs but when that time comes you want a good bang for your buck. This is the place to go. They stand behind their work.
Fast, right, good communication, fair and transparent price. Thanks!!
Update: Since it's been sold, it has gone downhill. Poor communication. Dropped off my car for a 9:30 appointment. I called 6 hours later and was told they hadn't even looked at it yet and were short staffed. I picked up my car after learning this and took it to a different locally owned business. My dad also…
They are very thorough and make sure that everything they do is done right. I have taken three of our vehicles to them, one which had to have a complete engine replacement. They have earned my trust.
Excellent Service. Good people.
Great people nice vibe, good communication
Holly & Jeremy are the Best!! So Happy that a dear friend recommended Mission Auto KC a cpl years ago -- 3rd time my work truck (1996 GMC) has been to see them in the last 18months (1) carrier bearing/u joints ~ (2) fuel pump/filter/fuel lines ~ (3-current visit) lower ball joint - repack wheel bearing. **NO…
Highly recommend! Easy to work with, very accommodating for people with busy schedules, and you can’t beat the prices. Not to mention that their text system is convenient for payment and to let you know what was found during the maintenance inspection.
Great service, appreciate the online estimates and detail around the work being performed
It was done in a very timely manner and reasonable. David C
I needed some work done on my brakes and also needed the wheel bearings replaced. I spent a lot of time reviewing other shops and finally decided on Mission Auto... they did a good job my car is running great.
Jeremy went above and beyond to install power steering in my 68 Chevelle that didn't have factory power steering. Jeremy had to modify several parts in order to complete the conversion; he also identified some issues I wasn't aware of. The customer service was awesome and I will definitely use Jeremy and his team…
Awesome shop! They went above and beyond to help me out on problem I had with my truck. Very quick turn around and way better prices than the dealer. Cant go wrong!
