New car wash promotions available, lots of vacuuming bays, the car wash itself is decent. Close the side mirrors prior to entering the wash.

I enjoyed visiting this business! Michael was great at assisting us with our mats at this ModWash
Quick and Easy. Price point could be a little cheaper. Would love a '2 car plan of one exists and was affordable
Car wash was quick and simple. Service professionals were on point and not too pushy but knowledgeable.
The best car wash I’ve ever visited! It cleans the outside so well no spots or scratches! Will definitely be my main car wash now!

ModWash is a FRAUDULENT company. We are actively filing complaints with the BBB as well as having a fraud investigation opened against them. For two months we have been trying to cancel our membership and they REFUSE to do so. They have tried denying we have a membership and denied charging our credit card. We…

As many times as I’ve been to MOD CarWash, Shirley actually took the time to explain the membership and promotions. She was a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable about process and procedures. I’d recommend Mod CarWash to anyone. And when you get there, ask for Shirley.
Shirley is super nice!! She gave us air fresheners while vacuuming our cars out and told us about the memberships which are $10 a month for the first 30 days. Def will be back, hopefully to get a membership for my new car. 😁

Great service! Simple and easy!
I’m posting this one week after my last post when I gave Modwash a rating of 3 stars. Today I’m giving it a 5 star because they did what they said they would do last week after I received a call expressing their apologies for the less than perfect service. Today, Shirley was just as nice as she was last week and…

Awesome experience, great customer service.
I love how convenient this car wash is. I do wish it did a little better getting the back of the car but with the free vacuuming and glass cleaner it makes up for it. Plus my kids think it’s an adventure going through and watching the bubbles and lights.

Every time I come to Winston Salem I visit this particular car wash. They are always so friendly and helpful.
The $10 single wash brought me in and luckily the manager saw me purchasing the single option and let me know about the special they have which worked out better for me. It is currently $10/month for 3 months for the top notch washes UNLIMITED. they offer a happy guarantee...meaning if you go through and it isn't as…

Love Mod wash! So quick and easy and a great deal! I come often and they are always friendly with a car freshener. I vacuum my car with their very powerful machine and use the air blower too. Also, I love having the towels and spray. When you have 4 boys, there is always a mess. So I love coming to Mod - quick, easy and a great deal!

The young guy working there did a really good job help me use it and moved all the stuff out of my bed for me
I started using this car wash right after it opened. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the wash and the service until the last 2 weeks. Last week the tire Shine did not get the outer part of the tire. I wrote it off as maybe a fluke due to never having a problem before. Today, 9-5-21, as almost every…
