I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for someone you can trust and know they will go above and beyond making sure there is no more mold and leave the place looking spotless when they are done.

I had some issues that popped up in my house from sub-zero winter weather. I got a couple of bids, but Ben's was the best and I felt like he gave me a fair assessment of what needed to be done. He was on time, over-communicated with me and was very professional. The crew did great work. They thought of every detail and went above and beyond to protect my floors and other parts of the house. They left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would hire Fresh Start again and recommend them to others.

He was very nonjudgmental and provided so much helpful education and recommendations during his (next-day!) consultation visit alone. He went above and beyond to provide timely services, even working with a relative of ours while we were out of town on a planned trip. His team did an amazing job of cleaning and salvaging several items that we had thought would be headed to the dumpster. Following the mold removal project, we had a foundation consultant come out, who complimented Ben's team on the impeccable care they took in removing the drywall cleanly. So grateful we found Ben's company and highly recommend!

Ben, Ben, and Matt were extremely professional. Their response was so quick which I really appreciated as I was needing work completed before I could close the sale on my home. So grateful for this company. Ben came out quickly, communicated very well, and most importantly, gave me an HONEST assessment of my attic. He could’ve easily told me there was fungus/mold on the wood (like another company already had), but he told me that their services weren’t needed this time. Ben never made me feel like I had wasted his time. I’ll definitely call them the next time I have an issue.
