I couldn’t be happier with Marina and Laura—truly 5 stars all the way. They consistently go above and beyond every single visit. Every surface sparkles, every corner is spotless, and somehow they make the whole place feel brand new again. It’s not just “clean,” it’s immaculate. What really stands out is their…
I loved the free assessment Molly Maid provided before booking a service. Yesica explained things in detail, services they provide, and also take into consideration your requests. That being said, I have never seen my house this spotless. The mental load I carry regarding things to do around the house and now seeing…
It's reassuring and also puts my mind at ease knowing that I have a home cleaning service. I am always happy to greet team #15 - Leydi B. and Marilou. And they're always cheerful upon arrival and throughout the cleaning process. Thank you, E. Jones USA, Retired

Maria and Jelly do an amazing job in our 4 bed, 2 bath house (with 3 dogs). The house is spotless every time they are done cleaning. They are efficient and hard-working. They even make sure to vacuum under the furniture and move items to make sure everything is clean. Very happy!

Outstanding service. Great attitude and meticulous.
Alma and Janet are absolutely the best! If they aren't available I will change the date to be sure they can come. They are cheerful, and know my home. I speak no Spanish at all, but the two of them can do just fine in English. I love not having to explain what I need each time they come.
Alejandra and Amparo did an excellent job cleaning our house for move in. The previous owner's left the-home in deplorable condition and the gals made the home mice in ready. Thank you !
Chuya and Evelyn are fantastic. They are punctual , professional and always thorough. We appreciate them and the Molly Maid service as a company.
I've been using Molly Maid for my condo for a few years now and I am always impressed with the work they put in every 4 weeks. They are very hard-working but also very trustworthy. I've found it better to just get out of their way while they work and I have never had anything go missing or even misplaced, which…
Great service. Efficient and thorough. Everything looked great. Couldn’t ask for better.
they were very flexible and working around my hardwood floor refinishing. They rescheduled as needed and changed their workflow after the floor work to help me get all the dust cleaned out.

Lidia and Sonia were amazing!!! The house looks terrific and is ready for my new tenant to move in. Diligent and professional work, got things looking brand new, and did so way faster than anticipated! I was so impressed that I've opted for monthly cleaning to be done as well. We are extremely delighted with the job that Melissa and Perla did in our home. There was a ton of work to do and they performed well above and beyond what we were hoping for. Everything looks great and they did several additional things that we didn’t expect. We got the first good nights sleep in quite a while…
Love Molly Maid! I've been using them for years. They are so responsive when I need to make a last minute schedule change, and always do a beautiful detailed job when cleaning my house. I have all pergo floors on my main level... And Dogs and kids... It's a big job and I am always pleased. Special shout out to…
Catherine and Rosa Rivera did an amazing job cleaning our house. We have 4 kids so our house was a mess and they went the extra mile to do a thorough cleaning. Thank you!
I don't think the place has every been this clean. Glenda and Marisol were fabulous. Buzz Yancey
I wanted to love this service but came to hate it after about 6 months. Every time they would come to clean they would never provide a timeline of when they would show up, and then they also charge a $100 fee if you aren’t home (would be a lot easier if they said they would be at our home at a specific time!). They…
I have been using Molly Maid for almost two years. I have always been pleased with their cleaning. They never miss an appointment. I have had several different crews do the cleaning and they all do good work.
I was very impressed and appreciative of Martha L and Irene with Molly maid! They did a super thorough cleaning of my house and I would highly recommend their service if you want a very good quality clean of your home! Very friendly and professional!

Martha V. and Flor did a beautiful job cleaning my home. Everything was left spotless; will definitely use again!
Nice, friendly people who we get to know. Good service and remembers the little things we ask.
We have a general house cleaning every other week, most recently yesterday. The women were very efficient and thorough even dusting lamps along with the furniture. Our wood laminate floors were looking beautiful. The counter tops in the kitchen were very clean in spite of all the plants I have lined up on them. The…
We have been using Molly Maids for a few months now when I finally gave up on being able to juggle running two businesses and three kids along with cleaning the house. It's been a really wonderful experience. They do a great job and everyone in our family is so happy after our "ladies" come. Thank you Paulina and Angelika! :)
Excellent work by 2 lovely professional and personable women.
Priscila and Catherine are both wonderful! I use Molly maids weekly and I'm so thankful for their consistency and fair pricing!
The do great work
Wonderful, professional, polite - Great job! Thankyou
11/4/22 UPDATE The below review is from last month (I only have MM come 2X / mo.). I'm updating my review. Kimberly & Rosa weren't available 2 weeks ago, so another crew was sent. They were "OK" - but I was disappointed that my regular ladies didn't come. Kimberly & Rosa came today...and...I just want to give them…
Great apartment move out clean
Cleaners were very professional and friendly.
We were fortunate to have team Wendy and Rocio visit our home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these two women. They were on time, efficient, polite, professional, considerate, and I am incredibly pleased with their effort and standard of cleanliness. I will definitely continue to have these wonderful…
Banessa, Gloria, and Olga did a great job with our place and were very nice!
Be very wary that the amount they end up charging will very probably be at the top end if not over the quote they give and they will recover the arbitrary amount they decide to invoice even without your consent if you’re a repeat customer. My experience is this: in March 2022, 4 people came for 2 hours and did a one…
They were THOROUGH! I love having them over so much that they are coming over every two weeks from now on♥️ They did a deep clean micro, base boards, vacuumed sofas!, dusted, bathrooms. Fair price. Professional
This cleaning team did an outstanding job. They were thorough and detailed in their tasks. They even removed a stain in the sink that I couldn’t remove when I cleaned it multiple times. It was great to come home to a clean, refreshed home. Thank you team for work well done. Very well done!
We have been using Molly Maid of Aurora for awhile now. Martha & Viri are a great team. They do a great job, but more than anything, they are respectful of our home. Things are put back in the right place, they respect that I work from home, they are good with my dog, in addition to the attention to detail they…
Maria G. and Nelcy (sp?) are angels sent from God. They have helped me in more ways than they really know. They have allowed me to focus on what is really important and not worry about having an unexpected guest. My daughter also loves when they make her bed and arrange all her stuffed animals - She is so excited to…
I have been using Molly Maids for over a year now and they always do a fabulous job! They let me know ahead of time when they will be arriving. They even let me know when I had a leaky toilet so I could get it fixed. Maria and Neley make my house spotless and shiny! I highly recommend. Cost is affordable as well!
Deisy and Brenda did a great job. I have a 2000 sq ft house that needed a good cleaning and they did an excellent job in about 3 hours. They cleaned the tracks of the windows and did a deep clean on my shower door. I am very pleased with their work
