Would absolutely not recommend. We hired Molly Maid for a move-in cleaning (no furniture in the house to have to work around!). This included (as per discussion with Molly Maid from THEIR checklist) all of our cabinets, inside and outside, closets, all surfaces and floors, etc). We figured this was an…
I hired this service to clean a bathroom and kitchen that was dirty upon moving in. Unfortunately they cleaned things that did not need to be cleaned like mopping and baseboards and left things very dirty that I wanted clean like the cupboards and drawers. They did clean the stove and bathtub like I wished but for…
I recently transitioned into a new apartment and had a very short turnaround between moving out and moving in. From start to finish, my experience with Molly Maid was amazing! Two wonderful women, Soledad and Valentina, helped me get my old apartment ready to hand back over to management. I made sure to ask for…
Karina and Jennifer did an exquisite job cleaning and preparing our house for pictures to put the house on the market
Great service, on time and very thorough for a large cleaning job!
We had a great experience with Molly Maid! We hired them to clean our entire house before moving in, and they did a really good job. They were friendly, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and it was such a relief to have the house clean and ready…
Karina and Ines were SPECTACULAR! They really made our move in cleaning service incredible! They both worked incredibly hard and were so kind and professional. Truly a wonderful team! They made our home look and smell incredible! Great job ladies! And thank you Molly Maid!
Everything was cleaned perfectly for our move out clean! Thank you so much Yenifer, Lorena, Iris, Marylou, and Karen L’
Kathleen and her team are absolutely wonderful. Having a rental property after tenants moved out and left in poor condition, was disheartening, especially after two other separate cleaners did not do what they were hired to do. Kathleen and her team came on scene and made the house right. Kathleen is amazing at…
Mary and Chanel, Route 4, with Molly Maid Aurora completed a Move Out Clean for me today. I can’t express my thankfulness to Molly Maid for having such detail oriented , hard working, communicative and kind team members. I can see why MM has such high ratings and will happily recommend MM, Mary and Chanel. Wonderful experience!

In preparation for listing my house for sale, I needed a thorough deep cleaning. Thank goodness for Chuya and Claudia at Molly Maid of Aurora. They did an incredible job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Molly Maid of Aurora exceeded all my expectations! They arrived right on time and were incredibly thorough. They paid great attention to detail, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms, which haven't looked this good in years. Their pricing is also very fair and competitive for the high quality of work they…
The cleaning crew did an outstanding job. They were able to make the house look like it did when we first moved in. They kept me informed of any issues and I truly appreciated that. Great job.
I was very pleased with Paula and Marie and Molly Maids service! Paula and Marie were very sweet and professional from the moment they showed up. They worked hard to clean everything that we asked to be done and even stayed late to make ensure that it was done well! I would definitely recommend them and I will be…

I hired Molly Maid for a move-out clean on my condo, and Elizabeth and Martha were absolutely exceptional. Moving is incredibly stressful, but they took a huge weight off my shoulders. They were thorough, efficient, and didn't miss a single corner the place looks even better than when I first moved in! If you want a…

Arlith and Ana clean our place in preparation for listing our house. They were thorough and very helpful.
First time I contract this company, for a move out cleaning and they did a amazing job, Ana and Airlith did the best of the job, the house looks as new as the first day we move in, I’m really grateful because moving out is already very stressful and their help make everything more soft, Super recommended I even want…

Daniela and Camila from team 10 did an amazing job! My house looks amazing and I know it took a lot of effort. Very grateful for these results.
Absolutely phenomenal work by teams 57 & 17!!! I had Donia L meet me at a clients home to assess cleaning needs. They did a fabulous job and the home sparkled after their visit! It smelled so clean and my client and I were extremely satisfied with the results. 10/10 recommend this business and their teams!
Maria G. and Ana M. did an outstanding job with my move-out clean. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and left every corner spotless. If you’re lucky enough to have them as your cleaners, rest assured—you’re in excellent hands.

Outstanding service. Great attitude and meticulous.
Reasonable pricing, cleaners do a good job, Molly Maids office always follow-up to make sure everything was cleaned correctly.
Alejandra and Amparo did an excellent job cleaning our house for move in. The previous owner's left the-home in deplorable condition and the gals made the home mice in ready. Thank you !
I've been using Molly Maid for my condo for a few years now and I am always impressed with the work they put in every 4 weeks. They are very hard-working but also very trustworthy. I've found it better to just get out of their way while they work and I have never had anything go missing or even misplaced, which…
I recently hired Molly maids Aurora to deep clean a family owned 1200 sq ft condo before putting it on the market, and the 3 person crew they sent were great! Elvia, Perla & Diana were great to work with, they asked about what I wanted done, stepped away from what they were doing when I asked for something else to…
Yuly and Moises gave our house a deep clean this Saturday, and it looks spectacular. They were extremely nice and thorough.
Amparo and Jaiylin did a great job cleaning my place. Everything I’d asked to be done was done. The ceiling fans have never been cleaner. Thanks!
First time using, Guadalope and Jailyn were fantastic at taking care of my home! I was, shocked me when they got deposits out of bathtub! Will be using monthly and would love to have these 2 ladies taking care of my home!
Catherine and Glenda did a great job. Came right one time and everything was pristine would hire again.
DO NOT USE THIS GROUP! Terrible job and even worse customer service! We hired this company to do a move-out deep clean after tenants moved out of our house for $390. They showed up on time, and cleaned the upstairs of the house okay, but COMPLETELY FORGOT to clean the entire basement area (living room, office…
Efficient and friendly.
Dunia and Paulina did a move-ou5 cleaning for my house in Aurora and were very courteous, thorougj and made sure I was happy with the results, all in just a few hours. Amazing team.
They originally told me 3 hrs. Then I had to fire them after they got there supervisor to double the amount it would take. The hour in 20 minutes I had them they kind of swept my kitchen and cleaned one toilet poorly. You would be better suited to find some one locally who isn't someone who spends money mostly on…
Lidia and Sonia were amazing!!! The house looks terrific and is ready for my new tenant to move in. Diligent and professional work, got things looking brand new, and did so way faster than anticipated! I was so impressed that I've opted for monthly cleaning to be done as well. Shout out to Olga for getting my…
I hired this company to do a move in clean at my new home. On the day of cleaning two very nice ladies showed up from the company. Keep in mind it’s a move in cleaning and there is no furniture in the home. So the main things to be done would be the kitchen and all appliances cleaned, drawers and cabinets cleaned,…
Jailyn, Lupita and Jessica worked really hard and did a great job.
Excellent customer service!
The service was great! The two gals who came to deep clean my home were awesome did great job, however when I called to ask about the services the company provided and quote the customer service was horrible they rude not very informative.
Great apartment move out clean
Maria G. and Nelcy (sp?) are angels sent from God. They have helped me in more ways than they really know. They have allowed me to focus on what is really important and not worry about having an unexpected guest. My daughter also loves when they make her bed and arrange all her stuffed animals - She is so excited to…
Overall a very exceptional service. Maria and Nelcy were very professional and did a great job cleaning in a good amount of time.
Molly Maid showed up early, began work promptly and displayed real professionalism in their work. They worked diligently, produced excellent results and finished on time. It is without reservation that I would recommend their serviced! AAAAA+++++!
I give them 4.5 out of 5. Did a fabulous job cleaning overall. The previous renter had never cleaned the oven and I spent a lot of time cleaning it, but there was still a spot I couldn't get out. They even got that clean. One little area could have been a little better in the bathroom, but overall, I was extremely…
We had a move in clean done by Rosa and Sonia. They were amazing. Thank you.
The company I had hired to do a move out canceled last minute. Molly Maid made it happen and did an outstanding job! Very impressed.
So incredibly disappointed. Hired them to do clean before our listing pictures and I could not have been more let down. I ended up spending the rest of the night until about 2 am cleaning all the areas we paid almost $500 for. Pictures were being taken the next day for our home and it was just a complete nightmare.…
Positive experience. Very responsive and efficient. Thank you!
Tried to use this service for move out cleaning. They cancelled with no notice and no attempt was made to even try to correct situation in timely matter.
Fantastic! I requested one-time cleaning to help prepare my 4,000+ sq. foot house for an open house next week. The two Molly Maid team members arrived within my service windows and they did an excellent job cleaning. I also appreciated the customer service that the main office provided; they answered all my…
Had Molly Maid do a move out clean for me. There were some miscommunications about what was to be cleaned so I was disappointed at first. But then I left a message and got an immediate reply from them. The response was an apology and a fix to the problem at no extra charge. The level of professionalism was…
When I originally called and asked about a move out clean I was quoted 240$. When the were done cleaning my account was charged 400$. Now, I wouldn’t be so made if the had actually cleaned everything. The day before I had to turn in my keys I went inside and found they didn’t wipe any baseboards, did not wipe any…
Needed a deep clean to show our home before moving and Sonia and yesica did a fantastic job. I have not seen my house this clean ever! Will definitely use them in the future.
Clayde and Lupe worked really hard for 4 straight hours. They did a superb job! I would hire them again, no doubt about it.
Clayda and Lupe Did a great job!
UPDATED REVIEW: Initially I gave a 1 star due to the service received. I’m updating because after sending pictures the owner personally called me to make things right. She only charged for what actually was completed. Unfortunately we had to be out of our rental so they weren’t able to go back and make it right but…
Molly Maid did an excellent job of cleaning our house to get it ready to put on the market. They were thorough and efficient.
Martha and Rosa did an excellent and efficient job on my move-out clean.
They did and excellent job.
Lots of issues. Floor wasn’t cleaned - there were visible crumbs around the fridge and other areas. Oven wasn’t cleaned well - I paid extra for this. Tub wasn’t cleaned - I was told they were afraid of damaging it. Seriously?!? Vacuuming was not done well - their vacuum didn’t even work and I was told they don’t…
After having troubles getting other cleaners to commit, I called Molly Maid and got not only prompt service, but an amazing clean. Maria and Stephanie worked hard and left a sparkling result. I would highly recommend not only Molly Maid of Aurora, but specifically Lisa, Veronica, Maria and Stephanie. :) Thank you!
Blanca and Irma were more than amazing! I had to focus on packing after going through the home buying process so I was not able to get a lot of the cleaning done that I wanted to. They were able to come through in the clutch for me.
The house looks amazing! They called to see if they could come early, they were quick, and everything looks great! They accidentally scratched my toilet seat when scrubbing it, and proactively sent photos and gave me a refund to purchase a new seat. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to resolve the…
I just wanted to say thank you so very much to Jaret & Clarissa. They did a move out clean for me yesterday & everything was sparkling clean & smelled so fresh too! Their attention to detail is second to none & I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work than I am now. So very friendly, professional & thorough! Outstanding job ladies!
We just moved into an older home and it was quite dusty with cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, dead critters between the windows... ICK. Stephanie and Jaret did a GREAT job of getting my house clean. Will definitely use their services again! Before and after of a window provided. Thanks!
