Paid hundreds of dollars for a move out cleaning and received this unacceptable result. Looks like the team did anything but clean while they were there.
I ran out of time while I was trying to move, so I booked with Molly Maid for a deep clean/move out service, and it worked out very well. They had quick availability and were easy to communicate with.
We have used Molly Maid for years and have always been very impressed. Pricing is fair, cleaning is always impeccable. I like that they bring in two cleaners at a time to help expedite the cleaning. They are very thorough but also very efficient. Highly recommend.

According to the property management company the house wasn't cleaned at all. They called and needed another hour beyond what I paid. So I don't know what I paid for at all.
Maria and Piola did a fantastic job. They were very polite and professional. They found a few things that I had forgotten to get and helped me get everything out. I would very much recommend Molly Maids of Arvada.
This company is horrible! They did not listen to any instructions that I provided them with the cleaning that I needed completed. Instead they somehow spent 2 1/2 hours on windows??? They also tried to claim they started cleaning 30 min earlier than when I let them in the house. Also, when they left the house…
Great clean, prompt, professional cleaners…BUT the cost exceeded my quote by over $100 with no call, text or e-mail. My home is small, clean and was not in bad shape at all and $440 for a move out clean was was way too excessive. Great service if you can afford it… but I’m sure less expensive options are available.
