Friendly and courteous technician. Great job cleaning as always
30 year old wall to wall carpets which mom refused to replace. Wearing outdoor shoes indoors tooks its toll. But after cleaning it looks fine. Good for another 30 years :)

Friendly, effective and efficient service, often with same day appointments. Christian did a fantastic job with my bedroom carpets after a dog poo massacre - floor was odorless and looked brand new when he was done! You will need to pay a minimum $189 fee, which feels like a lot when you only have one room with carpet, but still worth it.
Friendly service and excellent job cleaning. He even got the cat stains out of the bedroom carpet.
David was a miracle worker. My carpet and area rug look like new when it didn't seem possible. He worked at some horrible-looking stains until he was able to remove them. As a Realtor I have worked with this company for 10+ years. They are efficient, prompt and price very reasonably. For this home the carpet had quite a few stains that I knew would be tough to get out. They got out all but 2 of them. Those were substantially lessened.

I got my carpet stairs cleaned and my kitchen floor tile stream cleaned. They both turned out beautifully! I got a few quotes and Monster was very affordable. I called on a Monday and they came out that Thursday and they were extremely professional and easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again!
We are very happy with Monster Steamer Carpet Cleaning and would highly recommend them. Great service and pricing
We had our living room carpet cleaned, as well as the tile and grout in the guest bathroom, and a small area rug. The technician was right on time, and I appreciated that I received a text so I knew his actual arrival time and could see his location. The carpet dried fast and the clean-up after he provided the service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Christain of Monster Steamer did an excellent, thorough job with my carpet. Clean like new, and it was not clean nor new before he started cleaning it.

Great service, fair price.
Cristian worked hard on my rugs and carpets. I believe no one has spent as much time cleaning as he did. Also, the company sent me several reminders that we had an appointment and a text with a photo of Cristian when he was on his way.
I found Monster Steamer through other Google Reviews and thought I would give them a chance. I was totally happy with the results. Carpet was cleaner than a previous company had done and it was totally dry in no time. Would definitely recommend them.

Very good cleaning service. The owner was very responsive in setting up the appointment and set clear expectations. The field technician was professional and friendly and again restated the expectations in terms of how much improvement I could get from pet staining in a loop wool rug. Although the stain did not lift…
David did a great job, the carpet looks great! He was friendly, customer service oriented and very professional.
Excellent work and good value! They got out an old stain that I thought was there permanently. Also, cleaned our family rug very well. I really appreciated that he communicated when he was on his way and even had a tracker of where he was at. We will definitely use them again :)
This company was not the cheapest, but from the get-go, I could tell that they were going to do a good job. I had pretty much selected them based on reviews, but Yelp (un)helpfully sent my quote request to about ten other companies. Most of them responded with a price and nothing else. Monster Steamer though wanted…
Great job which included vacuuming (others want the customer to do this) Our technician David had a terrific attitude plus he worked quickly and efficiently. Our only con: communication breakdown -- not their fault
