Angel has done a phenomenal job once again!!! My carpets and floors look and smell amazing. I’m extremely thankful I found this business! The worker was on time, professional, and did an incredible job cleaning the carpets on my staircase, hallway, and two bedrooms. The carpets were disgusting before we moved in and now they look practically new.
Absolutely the best carpet cleaner in San Diego! 5 stars platinum
From the owner, to reception, to the actual cleaner that came out, everyone at Monster Steamer was so respectful, detail oriented, prompt and kind. We needed a new carpet cleaner at our place of business, and David went above and beyond! I could not attend the actual cleaning, but when I returned, all of my…

Monster Steamer really impressed us!! Our carpet was pretty bad due to puppy accidents and they were able to make it look brand new!! Thank you to Angel who did the service. Very professional. Totally worth the price for the results we got! Thank you!
From the initial order, to the cleaning itself to all interaction with the cleaner, everything was wonderful. The price was excellent as well.
Great service and pricing
David was amazing as usual. I highly recommend.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Daniel. You can't go wrong with this company :)
Did a great job. Took time to clean all the spots and price was also very reasonable. Also, very flexible to accommodate availability.
Excellent work and good value! They got out an old stain that I thought was there permanently. Also, cleaned our family rug very well. I really appreciated that he communicated when he was on his way and even had a tracker of where he was at. We will definitely use them again :)
Great communication and professionalism!
Oh my gosh Monster Steamer Carpet Cleaning was INCREDIBLE! I moved into my new apartment and the carpets were treacherous! They were basically black in spots. I was so stressed. They came in and calmly told me they could fix it no problem. I came back and it was like I got new carpet! Also the pricing was straight…
10/10 would recommend. Angel was great - gave an overview of what he was going to do and offered recommendations. Followed up before arrival with his ETA. Carpet is back to looking brand new. Highly recommend their services.
Thank you! My carpets look 100X better. Thank you, Christian, for great customer service. He showed up on time (earlier which was great) and explained initially and along the way. As a business owner myself, I appreciate attention to detail!

Our "go to" carpet cleaners company that we have used for several years as they do a great job cleaning and prices are competitive. Easy to schedule on line appointments. Very satisfied with Monster Carpet Cleaning.
Update July 2024: still great, still super satisfied with how easy it is to book and how clean my carpets get. We've used Monster Steamers for either the 3rd or 4th time now. Angel was our tech this most recent time and he was punctual and thorough (that blacklight was slightly horrifying on my carpet with 4 pets…
David Falucho is very personable and professional. He does a great job!
Monster Steamer, Inc. did a great job on cleaning the carpets at our home. They were timely and came and did the work on a last-minute request on a Saturday. I will definitely use them again!
Thank you David your professionalism and great work!
David was super helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He worked hard at treating spots throughout the house from 3 kids and a dog and took the time to dry the area rugs and carpet as much as he could. He went above and beyond turning on fans and opening windows to help our carpet dry as quickly as…
Always fast and excellent service!
Ludovic was very friendly and professional and he did an EXCELLENT job. Thanks again for excellent service!
David and Ludo were prompt, quick, professional and friendly. Carpets came out looking great, and Ludo took the extra time to correct some poorly DIY'd ducting that was causing lint to vent into the wall instead of outside
David was all business with a good Sense of humor. I'll see you guys in a year.
The carpet looks lovely. The only negative is that I was given a time frame between 11-1 and he came around 1pm. That’s okay, but I really wish he came sooner. Someone let me know that he had a smaller job in the morning so probably would make it sooner than later. That was a little disappointing.
From Initial call to completion ... service was great!
The monster team was great, fast, and thorough. Ask for David, he’s the best!
Angel did a great job today, stains came out of my very tired carpet - he worked hard, packed up and left. Super efficient!
The 2nd time I have used Monster Steamer. They are very professional and diligent. Explaining the process and advising on the best options to take. Always amazed how much better the carpets look after they have been
Five years and counting. David was beyond incredible, prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Price was competitive, and scheduling was accommodating. Thanks again, see you next summer.

Jovanny L. from Monster Steamer Inc. was really great, professional, and responsive to my requests. This is the 2nd time I use this company. No fuss just great service. They don't try to sell you stuff you do need or extras. Thank you so much!
David was awesome and so kind and funny ! His work was amazing my carpets look new ! Thank you so much 😊
Fantastic company! I use them about 2 times a year to clean the carpet throughout the house. Easy to communicate with them as well via text to make changes to your scheduled date or requested cleaning. Staff are always pleasant to work with and do a great job cleaning!
Wouldn't recommend. Received multiple email and text confirmations after booking online. Monster Steemer didn't show up for the 1st appt. No call either. I had to call to find out what was going on after waiting 20 min after the 2 hour arrival window closed. We rescheduled after having to request a discount for them…

Matthew was able to get the results I was looking for.
Very professional, all the carpets in my house looks brand new, we are very happy with the service, David is an awesome guy, did an incredible job, highly recommended :)
I don't even know where to start! I made an error while booking and not only did the office reach out to me, but the technician Justin did as well! For someone to reach out to a customer at 830 at night, during his time off, to make sure that everything was ok with the customer was above and beyond. Then he showed…

We purchased a new home and when we obtained possession we needed to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. I had David come to my house at 2:00 for the two to four window, He's just leaving now at about 7: 50 on a Sunday. He did a phenomenal job. We have two dogs, three kids and four cats in this house. But it doesn't look like it anymore. Thank you David for making our house smell and look so clean! He really did go…

Matthew was on time, professional and explained everything he was going do. Would recommend and will definitely use and ask for Matthew again.
5/5, professional & great company! Used them to restore our grout and they did a great job! Really impressed with their services, but more their customer service. Thank you monster steamer
Matthew did a wonderful job. Our carpets were dirty and haven’t been cleaned for a long time. Matthew cleaned our carpets almost three times so that we are satisfied with the result. He also cleaned our kitchen countertop twice. We are very grateful and happy for his work. And will definitely use his service next time as well!
Justin was awesome! The carpets look beautiful- Thank you

I just wanted to thank you for an amazing job Angel and Hector did on our carpets and sofa they made them look new again as I'm sure you know how well they do, but I want to give them a 5 star rating. Thank you.
Angel Mendoza and Hector completely transformed my carpet. Deep steam cleaning on the entire condo and tile, including my balcony. They had the hoses long enough to reach. Angel gets it done!
Made an appointment with Monster Steamer and couldn’t be happier! Justin did a fantastic job. He managed to get out tough pet urine stains & odor from the carpet. My area rug looks brand new! 10/10. You will not be disappointed
David at Monster Steamer was awesome! I hired cleaners to clean the unit and they took a bit longer than expected and David was so flexible and waited until the cleaners were done vacuuming the upstairs before cleaning the carpets. He was very polite, wore a mask the entire time and booties to not dirty up the place. Awesome service, David! Thank you.
