Had our carpet cleaned because we had a really bad pet stain that we couldn’t get to come out. They were super fast to respond, incredibly friendly and honest. Price was great especially for how good of a job they did. I would recommend them to anyone needing these services.

Monster Steamer has been taking good care of our thick carpet and tile floor for several years now. We just had them back to clean the whole house. They were on time, very nice, and completed the job in about 3 hours. Well done =)
Friendly, effective and efficient service, often with same day appointments. Christian did a fantastic job with my bedroom carpets after a dog poo massacre - floor was odorless and looked brand new when he was done! You will need to pay a minimum $189 fee, which feels like a lot when you only have one room with carpet, but still worth it.

Wonderful job we’ve used them for years. With 3 cats and a dog we have a lot of fur… this time he was finished but our master bedroom had crazy dog smells come out so he came back and redid that room and added extra deodorizer. Very happy and appreciate the extra effort!

Service was really solid and very easy to book. Cristian was great to work with and patient with sorting my dog and finding a water spigot. Whatever services you choose go towards the $189 minimum, so take that into account! Will use them again.
This is a place I highly recommend. I've worked with other carpet cleaning companies and this one by far exceeded my expectations. Also, huge shout out to Cristian, he was very polite, had great communication and was willing to troubleshoot an issue we had with the only spigot on the rooftop. He made it work and got the job done.

Excellent work and good value! They got out an old stain that I thought was there permanently. Also, cleaned our family rug very well. I really appreciated that he communicated when he was on his way and even had a tracker of where he was at. We will definitely use them again :)
