Dave was awesome! Showed up in a timely manner and got to work. We are active duty military and just moved here from overseas. Ivan was very professional and respectful . These carpets were really bad with pet odor, it smells so good now. We will be recommending Monster Carpet Cleaning to our friends and family.
Had two arm chairs that we almost gave up on. Ivan did a miracle job and he was very knowledgeable. Love my chairs again!
The carpet looks practically new. I haven't had the done in about 7 to 10 years. I really didn't expect anything great. However all the black stains are gone! Old coffee, wine, and pet stains are gone. No weird chemical smell after either. Ivan was great! He got everything out. The couch clean. We can actually feel…

Great service by Cristian Linares. He was courteous and communicative. Showed up on time and kept me informed and most importantly did a superb service. My couch looks like it turned the time back as seen in the second photo. They also seemed to have gotten rid of the cat pee smell from the carpet. The room feels…
Had our carpet cleaned because we had a really bad pet stain that we couldn’t get to come out. They were super fast to respond, incredibly friendly and honest. Price was great especially for how good of a job they did. I would recommend them to anyone needing these services.
Ivan was a good rep and worked hard.
Christian was on-time, friendly, explained everything he was going to do, and did an excellent job!
I just went to checkout the finished product and the carpet looks brand new. Quality of service was good all around. I’ll easily do this service 2x a year now.
David did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! They are spotless after!! We had two pet urine stains from our new puppy and you can’t even tell!! David was so friendly, professional and efficient! Would definitely use Monster cleaning and David again and would recommend to anyone!

Great communication before, during and after. I was arranging this from out of town and it could not have gone more smoothly! Needed carpets cleaned to get home ready to sell and their work was amazing!
Gold standard in customer service and professional cleaning! David worked late to ensure the job was done right and correctly the first time. Because of his experience and expertise, the carpet came out much better than I expected. I will definitely be using this company again for future cleanings.
Highly recommend Monster Steamer! Angel and his co-worker did an awesome job for us. Full house carpet cleaning, sectional sofa, wool rug, and air ducts cleaning in one visit. I was going to replace my carpet next year but now it looks so good, I think it’ll last for 5 more years easy. Excellent communication…
Angel and Maria worked together well…very efficiently. I had my carpets cleaned, my bathrooms and kitchen floors cleaned, and my recliner chair with protective spray. Everything looked like new! I was so impressed! I would highly recommend Monster Cleaner and I will definitely use the again!

Ludo was so nice, professional and did a great job! This company is amazing. I called , needed my carpets cleaned next day, the office set a time for following day and stayed in touch via email. They notify you when the technician is on his way! The best carpet company I ever used ! They definitely put the customer 1st !!! I highly recommend them!
Christian was our technician ; he was kind and respectful! We were notified of approximate time of arrival. Our carpet was dirty! And Christian took his time cleaning it. We will ask for him again.
David did a very thorough job and worked hard to remove any sign of previous pets.
Monster Steamer has been taking good care of our thick carpet and tile floor for several years now. We just had them back to clean the whole house. They were on time, very nice, and completed the job in about 3 hours. Well done =)
Friendly, effective and efficient service, often with same day appointments. Christian did a fantastic job with my bedroom carpets after a dog poo massacre - floor was odorless and looked brand new when he was done! You will need to pay a minimum $189 fee, which feels like a lot when you only have one room with carpet, but still worth it.
I was very pleased with the service. The technician arrived on time was very professional, did a very thorough job and everything looks great. It would definitely use again.
We had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. They got us scheduled within just 2 days, which was huge for us. I’m currently stationed in Japan, so I had to coordinate everything through a family member back in California. Even with that extra layer of communication, they were incredibly…
Wonderful job we’ve used them for years. With 3 cats and a dog we have a lot of fur… this time he was finished but our master bedroom had crazy dog smells come out so he came back and redid that room and added extra deodorizer. Very happy and appreciate the extra effort!
Very nice guy Joshua. Professional, done Super quick, 45 mins. Carpet looks great
Ahhhhhmazing job! Will use them every time now!
Punctual, professional, and great results.
The team was on time, professional and thorough. My carpets look great!
Service was really solid and very easy to book. Cristian was great to work with and patient with sorting my dog and finding a water spigot. Whatever services you choose go towards the $189 minimum, so take that into account! Will use them again.
This is a place I highly recommend. I've worked with other carpet cleaning companies and this one by far exceeded my expectations. Also, huge shout out to Cristian, he was very polite, had great communication and was willing to troubleshoot an issue we had with the only spigot on the rooftop. He made it work and got the job done.
Why did we wait so long. Fast response time. Super fast service and an amazing job. We highly recommend

Excellent work and good value! They got out an old stain that I thought was there permanently. Also, cleaned our family rug very well. I really appreciated that he communicated when he was on his way and even had a tracker of where he was at. We will definitely use them again :)
10/10 would recommend. Angel was great - gave an overview of what he was going to do and offered recommendations. Followed up before arrival with his ETA. Carpet is back to looking brand new. Highly recommend their services.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Monster Steamers, and I cannot recommend them enough! Cristian showed up right on time and was so professional and helpful. He did a fantastic job, left shoe covers for me, and even locked up without me having to ask. Very thoughtful and considerate!
I bought a gently used chair and ottoman but it was covered in dog hair. Cristian was friendly, professional, and did a great job of thoroughly cleaning both and I can tell the difference. Thanks again Cristian!!
Easy to schedule an appointment online, and the nearest available appointment date was for about 5 days out from when I scheduled (and yes, they schedule on weekends including Sundays). Update July 2024: still great, still super satisfied with how easy it is to book and how clean my carpets get. We've used Monster Steamers for either the 3rd or 4th time now. We purchased a new home and when we obtained possession we needed to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in.
