This was our collie's first visit to a groomer and we were all extremely pleased. Appreciated the welcome and wonderful explanation of the care she would receive. She looks beautiful!!
They always take excellent care of our dog! A wonderful receptionist (Jennifer) even delivered special eye ointment to our house on a Saturday when we were out of town for the day so our dog didn’t miss a treatment. We so appreciated her going out of her way to help

My Bully mix & my 2 cats has been going here since August of last year and I absolutely love them. Dr Williford takes the time out to listen and help come up with a solution or try to take steps to one. My boys allergies have always been on the bad side, but ever since going to her, he looks so much better and I couldn’t be happier.
The entire staff beyond friendly, very personable, and going beyond the average to make your experience exceptional. Willing to go the extra and do whatever it takes to make a difference in any circumstances you might have. Yes they are above your average veterinarians. I highly recommend MVA.🥰😍❤️🫶👍👌
I think the groomers communication Skills are awful and their grooming skills are not consistent.I have not pleased with my experience the last two times and I will not be returning.
