Joe is the kind of Professional we needed to find a perplexing water leak. He was thorough and patient, communicated clearly and didn't "overpromise". This mystery took time to uncover but his methods resulted in the leak being discovered using non-invasive tools. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
