Definitely will recommend. The team was able to find the reason my ceiling in the kitchen nook area was leaking! Two year issue, solved in two days!
Motor City Home Improvement was doing some work on a neighbors home and I asked them to see me when they were done. They quoted pricing for gutters on our garage and also for repairs to the chimney, which was in pretty bad shape. They came out on the hottest Tuesday I can remember and worked all day; Sean doing the…
I am very satisfied with the gutter installation that you Pete and your team did for me. Thanks Mark.
Great Service, Excellent work
Mark is a remarkable person with an excellent crew. I needed new gutters installed around my house and his crew came out on 6/12/21, Sean (Shawn) and the other crew members were on time and performed the installation in an excellent and proficient manner. On 10/19/21, I noticed that one of the kick-out spouts was…
I have contracted with Motor City on numerous projects over the last 7 years and they are the only roofing and gutter company I will ever use in the greater MI area. Their crews are extremely professional, efficient, they are clean and they provide top value. I've never experienced any problems with any of the work…
The work was preformed on time and completed as promised!!! The masonry work was excellent and match in color with rest of the house!! The roof repair completely stopped a really bad leak. The gutters were replaced. I am very happy with the service. I have recommended Motor City Home Improvement to a couple of…
Mark and his team did a great job replacing our gutters. I called Mark to get a quote on replacing my gutters. Mark was nearby so he came over right over after talking to him. The price was very fair . He told me on Friday that his crew would install the gutters on Wednesday of next week; however, he called me…
I received a quote from Mark on 6/10/21 and his crew installed new gutters all the way around my home today, in less than 3 hours! Excellent work, compassionate staff and reasonable competitive prices ‼‼ I highly recommend Motor City 👋
What an amazing company! Mark and his Crew is very professional, neat, clean up after themselves and makes you feel very comfortable. OMG!!! These are the first words I said when I saw the roof on my mom's home. It is now the best roof on Piedmont and West Chicago. It made the house look like a brand new spanking home. I thought it would have taken at least two weeks to have this job completed, and when I found out it was completed in a day, I…
Mark and the team were awesome to work with. Great communication, and the new gutters look great!

I had my gutters replaced Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. They came out and did the replacement, what I thought would be an all day installation took a couple of hours and there was no debris left behind. My gutters look great and I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend them.
Mark from Motor City Home Improvement installed gutters at my mother's home in Detroit. She had been without gutters for about 10 years due to another company leaving in the middle of the job. A lot of the wood around her house was damaged because of the lack of gutters. Mark replaced the damaged wood and installed…
