Mountainside has been quick to respond and send someone out quickly anytime I had AC issues. The tech they sent out (Cristian) was super knowledgeable and polite. I appreciate them not always trying to upsell but always giving the option.
Super nice tech came out and it was very quick. I felt that the assessment was fair and didn’t feel pressured which was really nice. He was also super prompt. I also like that you have a link texted to you that you can track your tech with so you can be ready!

This is my second review for this company. Just signed up for the maintenance program and had my summer a/c inspection and tune up. My tech Christian was very professional and personal. He found a few items that he brought to my attention - gave me pictures and an estimate right to my phone. This is definitely a 5 star company.
My wife was at first appointment, she said he took the time to explain what was going on. She felt he was trustworthy. No high pressure sales, we were given the option, and not knowing what would happen, at that time we chose to, limp it along. This being the following year, it seems time for a new system, given the age. Great people to do business with.

Been using mountainside as my sole HVAC contact since buying my house in 2018, they have installed a new AC on my house and even in a yearly check up their techs are constantly looking for ways to ensure your system is running efficiently. We called about our AC being out at 8am and by 12:30p they were at our house and had the problem fixed in under an hour. They were super professional and explained what happened, how they fixed it, and explained the warranty that came with the part they replaced. Definitely will be using them again!
