I have used Mountainside for going on the second year now, and they're always great. Responsive, helpful, and explain everything without trying to upcharge or extort me like the bigger chains in the valley do repeatedly.

Mountainside attempted to charge me $490 for a part that is available off the shelf for $125. When I asked management to explain they were not able to provide a credible answer for the extreme markup (because there is not a good answer). While some markup is understandable a 300% markup is ridiculous.

Ac unit broke down suddenly, I was able to book an appointment and have my unit fixed the same day for a reasonable price. The technician did a great job getting us back up and running quickly. Very happy with overall service.

Routine maintenance turned into a small repair as well. As always excellent service, detailed and thorough all while being friendly! Always recommend!
