Had a wonderful experience with George! He was very professional, patient, and took the time to thoroughly check and properly diagnose the issue!
I have used Mountainside for going on the second year now, and they're always great. Responsive, helpful, and explain everything without trying to upcharge or extort me like the bigger chains in the valley do repeatedly.
George was very professional and thorough. I appreciated the time he took explaining everything to me, and I am happy that I set up ongoing maintenance with Mountainside Air Conditioning to make sure our system will always be on the up and up.
They care about you and take time to make sure everything is working correctly. Very nice and friendly. Highly recommend them for service or maintenance.
Mountainside is the BEST. They were super quick to come out and figure out what the problem was, the tech was very nice and informative. Best service!
They are always great. They do my house and my dealership. Great crews and great owners. The technician Victor did a really thorough and great job explaining everything. Steve at the office is always top notch. I strongly suggest signing up for their maintenance package. I assure you it will save you thousands of…
I was very impressed with the quality of work and I had a lot of questions and Steve took the time to answer them all
I had a great experience with Mountainside AC during a very stressful AC situation. We had been dealing with an ongoing no-cooling issue and needed another professional diagnosis. Rudy, the GM, was extremely helpful and professional, and Christian, the technician, was excellent. Christian took the time to properly…
We love Mountainside Air! Been using them for 6 years. We messed up and called another company one time and they said we needed $2400 worth of work and we said we will get back to you and called Mountainside and they came out and said our AC was fine!!! So don’t get scammed! Call Mountainside Air! Friendly…
Very polite tech and wonderful service
I cannot say enough about Montainside Air. Same day service and very reasonable rates. I will not change AC companies again. Tom and Steve very knowledgeable and professional. Updated: New AC system installed, and works like a dream and really cut my electric bill. Update: Condensate clogged up and again…
Update (4/02/2026): Cristian from Mountainside Air arrived on time this morning to perform my semiannual HVAC system check up. As in the past, service was excellent. A/C compressor was cleaned off and system operation checked for the upcoming summer season. Highly recommend Mountainside Air! Update…
Great response and efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly professionals.
The total service experience continues after 5/6 years to be exceptional
Albert was my technician and he did a great job. He was polite, professional, and very efficient with the work. He explained everything clearly so I understood what was being done and why. I also appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He was respectful, clean, and carried himself…
Chris was outstanding and very helpful to us, our dog likes him too! Good job thank you
Love this company! They explain everything, reasonable pricing, great technicians! Highly recommend!!
Mountainside has been quick to respond and send someone out quickly anytime I had AC issues. The tech they sent out (Cristian) was super knowledgeable and polite. I appreciate them not always trying to upsell but always giving the option.
Super nice tech came out and it was very quick. I felt that the assessment was fair and didn’t feel pressured which was really nice. He was also super prompt. I also like that you have a link texted to you that you can track your tech with so you can be ready!
1k$ spent while under warranty. Vague receipt not detailing costs. If I'm spending any money at all I want to see the breakdown. Felt like a car repair ripoff
Excellent experience, glad we chose Mountainside Air. Cristian provided thoughtful, factual explanations as to the issues our older unit is facing but did not pressure us to purchase anything. Definitely felt like a valued customer. We will be using this company again for sure!
This is my second review for this company. Just signed up for the maintenance program and had my summer a/c inspection and tune up. My tech Christian was very professional and personal. He found a few items that he brought to my attention - gave me pictures and an estimate right to my phone. This is definitely a 5 star company.
My wife was at first appointment, she said he took the time to explain what was going on. She felt he was trustworthy. No high pressure sales, we were given the option, and not knowing what would happen, at that time we chose to, limp it along. This being the following year, it seems time for a new system, given the age. Great people to do business with.
Tom and Steve are on top of their game. They have put together a top-notch team. Very responsive and quick to schedule every time we need their help. I highly recommend Mountainside Air to anyone!
Been using mountainside as my sole HVAC contact since buying my house in 2018, they have installed a new AC on my house and even in a yearly check up their techs are constantly looking for ways to ensure your system is running efficiently. As long as I live in Arizona, I will use Mountainside for my HVAC needs, no reason to go to anyone else.
Tom and Mountainside air installed my new AC unit. As a landlord I was in a time crunch to get a new unit in. I reached out to a few different companies. Mountainside won me over with every aspect of company. From the professional phone call in the beginning to the handshake after the installation. A few months…
On time, Courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and comprehensive, I would definitely recommend this company and the service they provide, this was our once a year service and did a great Joe as always, Thank you Mountainside Air!
We called about our AC being out at 8am and by 12:30p they were at our house and had the problem fixed in under an hour. They were super professional and explained what happened, how they fixed it, and explained the warranty that came with the part they replaced. Definitely will be using them again!
Mountainside Air continues to be the best service company I’ve seen in a very long time. Yesterday I had a new team member from Mountainside Air, Clayton, come out way after hours to make a small repair. Fantastic work. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and not misleading at all. Prompt and courteous at all times.
Great service, very personal service technicians as well. Small shop with a great attitude and appears to care about its clients needs. Doesn’t try and upsell you on a new AC since the technicians are not commission based employees.
Awesome guys. Great service and communication. Thank you
Mountainside Air has one hell of a team,, each and every employee I have worked with is hardworking honest and very communicative. If I had 4 hands I'd give them 4 thumbs up. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍
Responsive when i requested service, arrived on time and very professional.
Honest friendly fair and respectful of home, what more could you ask!
Very responsive, professional and timely. Would highly recommend them to other clients as well!
Best company ever!! I highly recommend!! My go to for my AC from this moment on!! I finally picked a good one!!
These guys were quick, informative and happy to answer all my questions and concerns. I’m hoping to work into with them now, I’m very happy to find a company as professional as Mountainside! They did a great job explaining what they were doing and what to look for. I’m very happy with the service!
They were very professional and nice. They told me everything they were going to do and then after told me everything they seen. They did not pressure me into a service that was not needed like some of the other places. I will definitely use them again.
Good professionals are hard to find. I enjoyed my interaction with Mountainside Air; they were prompt, communicative and professional. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks for getting my system squared away!
I was referred to Mountainside Air by a family member. We had not had our AC tuned up for 6 years and it was time. They were very professional and took there time. There were a few things they found and did not pressure us into anything but made there recommendations and with that was a full report for us to make an…
Tom at Mountainside Air came recommended to me - Very happy with the detail put into servicing both our AC Units. We are in a new house (under a year old) and I wanted them to come in and assess the work done prior to our 1 Home warranty expiring. They got a lot of dirt out of both units and let me know I don't…
