The technician, Victor, showed up 30 minutes after I placed the call for service on a Sunday because my AC was not working and the temperature was 113 degrees. He was professional and personable. Super fast, friendly, and affordable!
They were very honest and not trying to sell me anything else other than what they were sent to look at. Very friendly knowledgeable Cristian and Albert!
Cristian was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained what was wrong and answered all my questions. Thank you Mountainside Air Conditioning.
Communication was on point. The tech hit the time window of arrival that was given and they came on short notice when our AC went out. Tech took pictures and showed in detail for repair to be done. Highly recommend this company
Mountainside has been quick to respond and send someone out quickly anytime I had AC issues. The tech they sent out (Cristian) was super knowledgeable and polite. I appreciate them not always trying to upsell but always giving the option.
Our old AC unit at our office stopped blowing air over the weekend. I called Mountain AC Repair today and Cristian came within a few hours and it was all fixed before 3 the same day, super fast service. Amazing and friendly customer service as well, thank you guys! Definitely recommend 👍
I called during the hottest day of the year, July 9th 118 degreesand Tom answered the call and his technician, Christian was at my house within half an hour. Amazing company! We'll always use this company. They are very clean , courteous, responsive, and have an amazing work ethic. Very hard working and make sure that the homeowner understands everything that's going on, walks them through the process.
Spent long time diagnosis to find compressor is locked up. Gave me options for repair and decided to replace unit. Appreciate all the time and work involved.
These guys were awesome, professional, and in time. Very good communication as well as a text that their guys were in route. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. Will definitely be using Mountainside moving forward for any and all AC/heat related services!
My wife was at first appointment, she said he took the time to explain what was going on. She felt he was trustworthy. No high pressure sales, we were given the option, and not knowing what would happen, at that time we chose to, limp it along. This being the following year, it seems time for a new system, given the age. Great people to do business with.
excellent workmanship, job summary, great communication, and honest pricing. never tried to sell me on something I didn't need and explained all my options available to my satisfaction.
Tom and Mountainside air installed my new AC unit. As a landlord I was in a time crunch to get a new unit in. I reached out to a few different companies. Mountainside won me over with every aspect of company. From the professional phone call in the beginning to the handshake after the installation. A few months…

We called about our AC being out at 8am and by 12:30p they were at our house and had the problem fixed in under an hour. They were super professional and explained what happened, how they fixed it, and explained the warranty that came with the part they replaced. Definitely will be using them again!
Very quick to fix your problem and work with you on a new unit. Very professional!
Always reliable, prompt & courteous! Were able to get out to the repair site same day as called during oppressive heat wave! So thankful for the way they run their business!
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and not misleading at all. Prompt and courteous at all times.
Was able to get me in same day. Even much earlier than originally anticipated. On time, communicative. Real time ETA tracking. The guys were professional and honest. Got unit back up and running in minutes. Will use them again!
They have provided nothing short of superior service to both my clients, and myself personally! They have always gone above and beyond expectations!
Decided to try them because reviews were so good. So glad I did. They were courteous, professional and honest. They made sure everything was working. My ac is fixed.
Mountainside Air has one hell of a team,, each and every employee I have worked with is hardworking honest and very communicative. If I had 4 hands I'd give them 4 thumbs up. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍

Came when I most needed him. Got my air conditioner running, and saved me and my wife from a night of blistering arizona heat. Price was reasonable. Would use them again.
Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small "unrepairable"…
Tom came out to offer us quotes on work that needs to be done as well as quotes for a new system. He was very upfront and went into detail explaining the way various air-conditioning systems work and what our best option would be. We haven't decided what to do yet but, we appreciated his honesty, the low pricing and…
Great company, didn't try to upsell or tell us that we need a new unit, was a quick fix with great service.
My air conditioner was replaced by Tom and Steve in May 2020. Their service was amazing and they are very trustworthy guys from start to Finish. . So it has been working perfectly until a week or so ago when it was 111° Out and the temperature started climbing inside. I called and spoke with Tom and he told me they…
I called on a Friday afternoon with a broken A/C and they squeezed me in to the end of the day. The guys were completely honest and over-the-top professional and after dealing with another companies bizarre antics earlier in the day that was a particularly awesome experience. I will recommend everyone I know to these guys for HVAC service.
These guys are amazing! If you want quality work done and not feel like you’ll get hustled go with Mountainside air! Very professional and helpful. Look no further.
