Everybody was awesome!! They did a great job and made the process very easy! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new AC.
I first and foremost just want to say that Jaymes is a good dude. He had good energy and came into our home excited and eager to help. He explained everything about the process of getting a new HVAC unit. It can be stressful because that is a huge purchase and a lot of moving parts that go into making it happen. It…
I cannot say enough about Montainside Air. Same day service and very reasonable rates. I will not change AC companies again. Tom and Steve very knowledgeable and professional. Updated: New AC system installed, and works like a dream and really cut my electric bill. Update: Condensate clogged up and again…
Very very respectful, informative, fast working, organized teamwork, well spoken, hygiene plus, Handsome,. Loved their work ethic will recommend.
The team was excellent, nice and very detailed group of guys. They took their time to make sure everything was working as expected, taking no shortcuts.
Installed new ac. Whole process was quick and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Got many quotes and the price seemed fair. So far so good.
Fantastic service! I appreciate their honesty and information about what is best for myself financially and for the health of my HVAC. Steve is awesome. Helpful navigating how to best use my system.
I really like Mountainside Air. They were willing to write back and forth with me because I am deaf. They explained everything clearly. They had a lot of patience with me and listened well. They installed a new HVAC system (air handle, unit, thermostats, and grill ventilation) and did a high-quality job. Good…
They were very professional and timely as promised.
Professional, polite service. Cleaned everything up when they were done. Honest, competitive pricing. Also gives back to military personnel over seas with care packages.
Been using mountainside as my sole HVAC contact since buying my house in 2018, they have installed a new AC on my house and even in a yearly check up their techs are constantly looking for ways to ensure your system is running efficiently. As long as I live in Arizona, I will use Mountainside for my HVAC needs, no reason to go to anyone else.
Tom and Mountainside air installed my new AC unit. As a landlord I was in a time crunch to get a new unit in. I reached out to a few different companies. Mountainside won me over with every aspect of company. From the professional phone call in the beginning to the handshake after the installation. A few months…
Very satisfied on time excellent work and clean up.
Very quick to fix your problem and work with you on a new unit. Very professional!
We finally had to have our 20 year old A/C unit replaced. When I reached out to Mountainside Air they were responsive and I could tell they were concerned with getting us what we needed. Tom made the scheduling easy through the entire process and the communication about appointments and the quote were thorough. The…
We had purchased a new house with a faulty HVAC unit. Tom was able to stop by to look at it the same day we found out we needed a new one. From the start, we were very happy with the professionalism, quality, and follow-up that we received when removing our old 30 year old unit and installing a new Goodman unit. The…
Amazing to find a business that is outstanding in AC install & repair. This company really is for the customer. Unlike others which I’m not allowed to give names. I’m a senior live alone in country 50 miles north of Phoenix. When my ac went out I was terrified. No ac company will come this far. My son found Tom &…
Top notch company from estimate to install and even clean up. I would highly recommend Tom and his crew. They are clear and no BS. Super happy with my decision on choosing Mountainside Air!!
Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small "unrepairable"…
Tom came out to offer us quotes on work that needs to be done as well as quotes for a new system. He was very upfront and went into detail explaining the way various air-conditioning systems work and what our best option would be. We haven't decided what to do yet but, we appreciated his honesty, the low pricing and…
