Great experience with a AC tune up. Fast friendly and reasonable service
Down to earth people and they tell you the truth and prices are always great !
I have used Mountainside for going on the second year now, and they're always great. Responsive, helpful, and explain everything without trying to upcharge or extort me like the bigger chains in the valley do repeatedly.
George did a super job and was very helpful dealing with repair requests from our buyer. Mountainside Admin was terrific in getting the required documentation to me within minutes.
Mountainside attempted to charge me $490 for a part that is available off the shelf for $125. When I asked management to explain they were not able to provide a credible answer for the extreme markup (because there is not a good answer). While some markup is understandable a 300% markup is ridiculous.
Routine maintenance turned into a small repair as well. As always excellent service, detailed and thorough all while being friendly! Always recommend!
I have used Mountainside Air as my go to for HVAC inspections every year since the purchase of my home in 2021. I had them out Friday 3/14 to perform the annual inspection and the tech found no major issues. I woke up 4 days later to a hot home with no AC. Imagining the worst, I called Mountainside Air and explained…
Very informative and pleasant technician who explained everything in detail. Will definitely use again.
Excellent service, as timely arrival and explained everything.
They care about you and take time to make sure everything is working correctly. Very nice and friendly. Highly recommend them for service or maintenance.
Mountainside is the BEST. They were super quick to come out and figure out what the problem was, the tech was very nice and informative. Best service!

Have used this company 3 times and will continue to use them!
Our experience with Mountaside Air was great from start to finish. Kaitlin made scheduling our appointment so simple, and George was thorough, easy to work with and informative. Thank you all!

Great job and great work by victor
The service man was very nice and did not try to sell me services I did not need. He even replaced my filter for me without charge.
As always, this company continues to provide amazing service and very wonderful techs!!!
Great service that you can trust. Let's be honest, here in the valley we have so many companies from mom and pop to mom and pop companies that have become enterprise and frankly, some take advantage of you. Just part of it here in the desert. With Mountainside and this technician in particular, never felt pressured…
Christian did my HVAC maintenance today (6.5.26) and he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. He let me know what I needed, even though it wasn't great news, but I kind of expected it since the unit's over 40 years old. He even showed me photos and videos. I totally recommend Mountainside Cooling and Heating!…
Mountainside Air was simply amazing. From the very first conversation through the tech leaving my house everything was very well organized and explained. AMAZING people to work with! 🎉
Perfect again! I've known Tom and Steve a long time. Having intergety and being trustworthy isn't something they strive for, it's just who they are. These are qualities you hope your HVAC company has. With Mountainside it's built in. Thanks guys! Talk to you again soon.
Alex was friendly and efficient. No complaints!

I use ONLY Mountainside Air for my personal and ALL my rental properties. All of the technicians are top notch and honest. Would highly recommend!!!
Tom demonstrates excellent Professionalism , Kindness and Honesty . However I am still waiting for the written recommendation for my second unit and split AC? Also, Cristian did the service.
Always very informative, on time and have great customer service.
Alex was friendly and knowledgeable, he was very easy to work with and we had a great experience and will use Mountainside Air again. We've even told our neighbors about the quality of service we received.

We love Mountainside Air! Been using them for 6 years. We messed up and called another company one time and they said we needed $2400 worth of work and we said we will get back to you and called Mountainside and they came out and said our AC was fine!!! So don’t get scammed! Call Mountainside Air! Friendly…
Very helpful and professional visit. Thank you Cristian!
Had a new AC installed this past spring with Mountainside. At first there was sticker shock, after checking around, the price was in the ballpark. In past summers I would have electric bills anywhere from $100-150 per month and I have solar panels. Since Mountainside installed the new Trane AC this spring I never…
Very informative! Customer service is amazing! Great pricing! We went with the preventative maintenance plan spring and fall check up. They actually clean your unit during a visit.
I cannot say enough about Montainside Air. Same day service and very reasonable rates. I will not change AC companies again. Tom and Steve very knowledgeable and professional. Updated: New AC system installed, and works like a dream and really cut my electric bill. Update: Condensate clogged up and again…
